That thing about lithuanians coming to Latvia to party cuz here is cheaper was completely wrong. I was in lithuania for 1 month on summer- lithuania is cheaper with no doubts, starting from gas till food and living.

Latvian are funny when it comes to foreigners. If you speak russian to them they turn nasty. As soon as you switch to english you are treated fairly.
