You're almost guaranteed to break your bank every time you visit these countries! What's even more surprising is that beyond these 5 countries, it's the LEAST visited countries in the world that cost the most to travel to due to high visa fees and lack of tourism infrastructure. I have visited the Seychelles on my honeymoon. We did spend a few nights in some of those luxurious hotels, sitting in a private infinity pool looking out over the islands. But we could not afford that for more than a few nights, so we stayed at local places the rest of the time and that was fantastic. Food can be very cheap if like the locals you get your curry from the local takeaway. They also have local ice-cream they sell at supermarkets and it is pretty good as well!

Just reading the comments makes me want to say this: you make traveling as expensive as you want! From hitchhiking with a tent to flying to your next 5-star hotel, it's all a matter of choice! But ask yourself, which story will be the most valuable, which would be the best adventure? Money is only an asset to make dreams and goals come true, not a destination, not a goal. -
Enough philosophy for today, bye

The Europe countries are completely off. How is England more expensive than Iceland, Sweden/Finland or Switzerland. Also within Europe the prices per country differ like crazy, for example East Europe vs Western Europe. But also South of Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) is much cheaper than the north (England, Scandinavia, Denmark, Netherlands etc)

-staying in a small small closet- either you're standing up or you were raised with closets larger than most people's Master bedrooms. Traveling on a shoestring with a travel agent discount and a youtube salary -. Everyones perspective/understanding is different based on circumstances. just say'n Lexi

So cool that you have visited every county! Were you saying that you think Italy, Greece, and France are all tied with Norway besides the cost to get to Scandinavia? I-ve never been to Norway but I found France, Italy, and Greece extremely affordable compared to the US.

Airbnb had made travel a lot cheaper. It's possible to find affordable places to stay in so many expensive countries. I was looking at Norway the other day and found really $50 rooms. You won't find a hotel for close to that.

The rest of the UK agrees on London! Did you visit much outside London, generally the further north you go, the cheaper things are
