I work in IT and we always recommend using a secure password manager to store all of your passwords. That way, you only need to remember one password (to get into your password vault. These programs typically allow you to copy and paste your passwords and some even have password generators that allow you to customize the level of complexity to your passwords. The password to your vault should be a 12-15 character length passcode with at least 1 number, 1 symbol, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter. It is easier to create a password based on a phrase or a memory unique to you. We also always require 2-step verification.

My -Yahoo account-was hacked and 100's of my contacts
were asked to send money to get me out of some foreign land.
I was not ever able to recover that account.
