Enoyed the information but all the pomp and circumstance layered with some -profound realization- while hiking up a mountain is not my style. If you kept it more real and voyeristic i think it would be more entertaining. the entire hour and you spoke about the history of the trail and the mountain and the area for a total of 10 minutes.

I also noticed that the cup o noodles they were eating looked way more hearty than the American style cup o noodles! But I understand that the Japanese are more demanding about flavor & quality even of their processed & fast foods! Wish we had that here! ----

Thank you, you reminded me of some really fond memories. For everyone looking into this for information, it is actually possible to summit Kumotori-yama in 1 day from Mitsumine Shrine to Kamo Shrine; a bit fast paced however, also I did it in August.

-But just a short train-ride outside of Tokyo and you will see this. - (shows Mt. Fuji)
I wish. I can theoretically see Fuji from my window. I am lucky to see it once a week. Dumb ole' clouds. Maybe it will be better in the winter.

You guys are great! Let me know if you need any assistance in anyway for any adventures you do in the Pacific Northwest or Alaska. I'm an experienced hiker, climber, botanist, and mycologist. Keep up the superlative work!

I really wish you would include more information about how you planned the hike - maps, websites, etc. You did this for Pictured Rocks (I believe) but none of your other videos. It's really helpful information!

I love your videos and all the adventures you guys go on. The videos have really improved over time. I'm curious as to what editing software you are using. Your effects and overlays are really nicely done.

You guys did a great job on this video! I not only enjoyed the great natural beauty of Japan that I've never seen before, but also your camaraderie with each other. Really enjoyable work, keep it up!
