Just went to Denver & back from Dallas. Hadn't flown (except my own Cessna) in over 10 years so chose Frontier out of curiosity, and for the low fare. This trip was last-minute so I was looking for cheap. I bought a bulkhead seat for $32, which had great legroom but didn't recline. I always get window seats since I gaze outside non-stop (it's a pilot thing, I think. I totally lucked out & had an empty seat next to me! The ONLY empty seat on the plane! The seat was hard & appeared well-worn. It was not comfortable & I got the impression they skimp on seat quality. Before completing my purchase I measured & weighed my backpack to see if it qualified as my one, personal item. It was an inch too big in 2 directions, but I chanced it & nobody at Frontier said a word. My suitcase was also barely too big as a carry-on but again I chanced it with no problem. I rarely fly so I don't know if I'd choose Frontier again, if only for the hard seat. All else was fine, I suppose.

I recently flew on Frontier airlines for the first time. A nonstop flight from Norfolk, Va. to Las Vegas. My round trip price was $262. I might add the return trip was also nonstop. The $262 included they're bundled package 1 checked bag, 1 carry on, and 1personal item, plus priority boarding and I was in row 3-f window seat going and 2-f on the return. I never went pass my row so I wasn't aware that everyone didn't have the amount of leg room that I enjoyed on my flight and the full size tray until I saw your video. We were also on a very new looking A-320. I was rather impressed with frontier, and I will definitely be booking another flight with them. I love the nonstop flight to Las Vegas.

I have flown several times with Frontier. Only once we had an issue with a hydraulic lines so our flight was nearly 2 hours late, but they kept us well informed as to what was going on and when we would be leaving. They gave us all $50 credit on our tickets for the inconvenience. Otherwise, my flights have always taken off on time and arrived early at my destinations. As far as the seats, all airline seat are uncomfortable! I dip leave a tip for the flight attendant.

I have been on a lot of flights and have never tipped the attendants. For me, I feel that is their job. I paid for my ticket and now it is up to them to make sure I get to my destination safely (like you said) They are there to make sure I am safe. I think of it as an office. The plane is their work environment. Does anyone walk around an office tipping people?

In all my years of being a flight attendant, I never accepted a cash tip. It's awkward. However, If a customer was happy with my service enough to offer a tip, I asked if he/she would mind submitting a positive comment card in the loading bridge comment box during their deplaning. It was gratifying when I received feedback from management.

I flew once on frontier & swear I'll never fly on that airline again - the seats were really small & uncomfortable & although, they reel you in with the cheap fares, by the time you pay for your luggage (check in & carry on) it's not that cheap. My advice, don't fly on frontier! Just my opinion tho

Why would a flight attendant ask for a tip. Were well paid and being friendly, doing our job and look over the safety of the passenger shouldnt be acknowledged by asking a tip. Id be happier if a passenger would do it spontaneously because that means I did an outstanding job.

Would not tip, they are simply getting your pre prepared snack from a cabinet in the back and walking to you. I would have no problem doing that myself if it was allowed. Although, if they are that cheap to not pay the flight attendants well I do feel bad for them.

Booking is any but straight forward. Before you select your seats, they try to trick you into paying extra for their bundle. Also, check the, recently released USDOT scorecard which compares Frontier to other US Airlines. Its not worth it to fly Frontier!

Frontier is the only airline Ive ever flown first class on when I got a random free up grade and the only difference was slightly more leg room and a slightly wider seat. They didnt even give out free water on a 2. 5 hour flight from Atlanta to Denver.

Frontier is updating all seats and tray tables. I prefer knowing what Im paying for other than a bundled fare for higher prices. Major airlines were convicted for price fixing from 2011-2017 costing consumers up to 27b. How about doing a video on that!

I worked in the airline industry for 27 years. Never, not once did I ask for or take a tip. Because a tip would be based on service, I would not tip, especially because I'm also paying for the food and drink! PS, 28 in seat pitch? No thank you!

Would definitely tip. I prefer to give financial handouts to people who work, and particularly those who work hard with relatively low paychecks. Every little bit helps them and rewards working vs sitting at home doing nothing.

This low of fare still happens. I just booked a Frontier flight for March and got an email with the full price breakdown of the ticket. The actual airfare was $1. 04. The rest was entirely taxes and fees.

You might as well have taken that torn-up menu with you and thrown it in the trash. It will help them out too! I I also agree, tipping your airplane safety officers is bizarre.

Nope, their paycheck is already more than a waitress in a local eatery who really needs those tips, since they are being paid less than the minimum wage to start with.

As a delivery driver, i do understand the tipping part. I believe if she's or he's done the job good since boarding then yeah. If not then i wouldn't do it

I've only ever once considered tipping cabin-crew and that's on an airline that had put them all on half-pay. Otherwise, it's a firm 'no'.

Just be aware half the tickets price is a fee by ordering online. Go to the airport the flight can be. 93 plus TSA, and airport fees

I would never tip a flight attendant. There is just something that seems wrong about the whole concept of tipping a flight attendant.

The person in the red vest should be told they shouldn't throw bags like that. There is no reason for it, imho he should be fired.

I took a Frontier flight from Phoenix to Albany with an overnight layover in Denver in May 2019. It was actually a very good flight.

Flight Attendants on Frontier. I bet they probably make $18 an hour. only after the gate closes. so I would say yes. I would tip them.

If you purchase your ticket at the airport you save average on $19 on online fees. My $36 dollar airfare cost $20 at Airport counter.
