JetBlue is one of my favorite airlines for traveling in economy. I haven't flown Mint yet, but hopefully in the future I will. The seats in economy are some of the comfiest in my opinion especially since I have a bad back and a misaligned hip. The leg room is optimal. The snacks and drinks are some of the best as they have quite a bit of variety that other airlines don't have. Their terminal at Long Beach is so unique, I love how open the whole airport there is. I love seeing the plane names and the tail colors. I flew on Big Blue People Seater and Blue Bayou. The crews are amazing and so nice. I wish they flew to more destinations out of my home airport Seattle though, but despite that JetBlue is amazing and one of the best airlines in the US for domestic flights, hoping to try them out on a international flight as well.

I have to say. flew not to long ago from Boston to San Diego on Jetblue in Mint. Mint was amazing! And while the in flight Mint seating was amazing and I would probably fly it again. the on ground customer service leaves something to be desired. most of the on ground staff was rude and short with my in some cities. They dismissed me including shushing me. You should have someone review the customer service of the on ground staff, I would love to do that. Because that is also important.

So, you gave AA transcontinental's food 5 stars because you liked it, yet it looked sloppy and messy; but you gave JetBlue's food service 4 stars because the food was not something you'd order or are not used to, although the presentation is perfectly clean and well plated. I'm sure the ribs AA were good, but the plate looked like someone had squeezed the hell out of a Sloppy Joe all over it. Looked more like street food.

Hi Jeb, love your videos. Could you have used the AA Admirals club? I recently looked into booking a transcon flight on AA and many of their flights were posted as operated by JetBlue. With a JetBlue flight, booked through AA and AA flight #, makes me think you would of had access to flagship lounge or at least admirals club if booked via AA. Could you please advise if this is accurate or not. Thanks!

The angle of the seats facing away from the window is enough for me to avoid Jet Blue Mint. Virgin Atlantic that had the same arrangement and not being able to readily look out the window was a horrid experience. Fortunately Virgin is changing their configuration due to customer displeasure, but someone at JetBlue was not paying attention. There are far better ways to jump the pond.

Hey Jeb. I work for iHeart Media and have watched your videos for a couple of years now. No doubt, your production and voice overs have come a long way since you started. VERY professional and always worth watching. I look for all the Little Things/details when it comes to the production aspect of You Tube videos and you are On-Point. Keep up the great work!

The camera is for the front crew to monitor the whole cabin when they sit in their jumpseat while taxiing, taking off and landing in case someone gets up during takeoff or an emergency happens during those flight phases. Thats because of the design preventing jetblue to have a small window installed in the front.

I, actually, watched Sam's Mint video before I watched yours. Although I liked both videos, Sam did point out the lack of food service for economy flyers from L. A. to NYC. That flight is too long to just have access to snacks but no meal.
What do you think?

3: 44 more like a private jet. Because of that I am booking a flight on that plane through bluejet. I will determine if like a private jet. Learjet is both a private jet and a business jet and I will determine if it's like a private jet

My friend works for JetBlue and has me as his travel buddy so I get to fly for free on any JetBlue flight. Ive flown Mint (regular not studio) and it was great. Even economy its really the best airline. Cant wait to go to the UK for free

JetBlue transatlantic flights will change the game, they already out pace one of the top 3 big US airlines for transcontinental flights in a such a short time, my guess is give it a year or 2 and they will do the same for transatlantic

Been an AA executive platinum for years but the new alliance convinced me to try JetBlue (and Alaska) for the first time and I was really impressed. Anytime I cant find an AA wide body transcontinental plane Im taking JetBlue Mint

US airlines are not even in the running when compared to some international carriers JetBlue is just ok but they need to stop packing their planes I travel a lot overseas and would NEVER fly an American carrier If I could help it!

I can see maybe jet blue buying larger planes in the future. Something like A330neo or a Boeing 787-8. So they can fly from jfk to Poland, Italy maybe even turkey. Jet blue is an example for American Airlines to follow.
reply

Hey Jeb maybe you should try a second transcon throwdown now that United, Delta, and JetBlue have all revamped their business class product. I have a feeling they all might be able to dethrone American!

Why would I fly a small single aisle plane across the country with seats that don't even look out the window, when i could fly a twin aisle plane and see the sights. Sorry, this looks awful.
reply

Interesting! Dont know whether it is worth the cost however. I dont find much value in airport lounges or clubs. They are to remote from the gates and difficult to get to or access.
reply

Hell yea! Thanks for the shoutout Jeb, as a pilot it always reminds me how lucky we all are to be in this amazing field of profession whenever someone gives us a thank you.

Small world i love watchingboth of your videos. And I suddenly missed the building i used to work. I saw it on your shot. I had to paused for a while and reminisce.

Problem being is you compare things to US carriers. Time to expand, like Finnair, Air France or eve Air Canada, lets not even mention the Middle East airlines

Flew JB Mint in 2019 from Seattle to Boston. Meh. Hated the seat and the FAs were noisy all night, ruining our redeye flight. Hated the Mint drink, too. Nasty.

3: 07, the person in front of you boarding does the same thing I do, and have done every time I have flown for the past 35 years. Thought it was just me. lol

I want to sign up for jet blue business is it worth it to have the many seats and what are some of the perks of being a jet blue business class member

PRM approach breakout procedure. most likely the American. NOT your pilots are the one who got too close if you are the ones who got the breakout.

It is a wireless charging station by the window, just put your phone on the charging pad if your phone is equipped with wireless charging.

I was affected by the Jet Blue 2007 crisis more like Jet BOO! They have recovered well and I look forward to my next flight with them

jetblue's transforming from a low cost airline into a somewhat full service carrier, no other carrier is doing this at the moment
reply

Jeb, No lounge? Is it to save money or is there no space available at the airports. I can assume that it is a big investment as well.
