You mention how old the aircraft is (almost 20, but that one is actually a rare NEWER -300ER. The vast majority are 28-29 years old, delivered in 1991-1992. They all have Polaris, and will be UAs only aircraft to wear 5 different liveries. Some have already been repainted into their 5th UA livery

I fly UA business and first pretty often, I'm near the IAD hub, its pretty good, has improved a lot in recent years, though declined due to pandemic but I don't hold that against them for using the no or low contact service onboard, I assume it will go back to normal post-pandemic.

I am always amazed when I get off a plane and see the mess other passengers leave around their seats. I would hate to go to their houses if that's how they live. Some people are real slobs on a plane, and I don't just mean in Economy, Business Class is normally the worst.

What a gorgeous sunset. I think this is perhaps the most photogenic video of yours I have had the pleasure of watching (appx 40+. I just love that tunnel at O'Hare. I have noticed many U. S. airports are in the upgrade process over the couple of years.

Great video, I watched a video on the same service from Narito to LA. yours is much better the way you present it. I liked the way you dressed in a nice polo shirt, I think when riding in Business it is great to dress nicely.

The problem I have with these US airlines is that you can feel the crew staff are working and want you to see it; but on any Asian airlines, you genuinely feel the crew is providing you a service and they make it seems so calm.

I would say America's best business class is the delta 777-200 and A350 business class suites with a big screen tv, a bunch of legroom, a seat that can turn into a bed, doors that close for privacy and good food.

We had a chance to fly United first class. Honolulu - Las Vegas. was very impressed with the seat comfort! Enjoyed it very much and think it's the BEST. food was ok/rice hard. and served BENTO STYLE.

Delta One is better in my experience. I think even JetBlue Mint is, but that's maybe just because I prefer flying into JFK over Newark
