I flew sight-seeing trips along the coast and air taxi to Cascais (pronounced cashceyesh)until my retirement in 2015 and if you think the take off on 29 is tight then just try it on 07 at 35c with a hill in front of you!
Landing on 29 the apporoach is not below 600ft. until past the water tower on your left and then hit full flaps. If you are here for a few days AeroVip have a C172 available for hire and you must do my old route -low level along the absolutely stunning coastline to Cape St. Vincent and back as far as Albufeira.

In 2018 I flew on something similar from Athens to Mykonos. Pilot, co-pilot, stewardess, about 2 or 3 steps up into the aircraft, me and 4 or 5 other people. Not pressurized as I don't think we went above 8, 000 or 10, 000 feet. No service, just seats and a flight. did not care. Got to Mykonos, short walk across the tarmac, short walk to a grocery store, then back to the cabs at the airport, and off to my hotel. The plane was a box with wings and areodynamic nose.

Noel Philips, this video is wonderful because this is a rare video which gives the viewers an insight into rural aviation in Europe. Since you are from the UK, I suggest you create a video traveling to the Isle of Wight on a hovercraft which has become a rarity these days.

Worked for one of the few North American carriers that operated DO228's thus flew on them quite a bit. They were a very stalwart and reliable airplane and seldom teched compared to the other aircraft our company operated. No we didn't have the bubble windows.

Hey I watch your vids all the time as Im a really nervous flyer. I get panic attacks every time I get onto a plane. I watch your videos as a means of trying to put myself in the situation from the comfort of home. I still get nervous just watching

With that short runway, there is no way MotoGP logistics freighter could land there.
- - Anyway, having its stopovers written on the fuselage made that Dornier a proper 'bus - a flying (Renault) Espace if you will!

The captain of the last leg between cascais and portimao is the owner of the airline, and both the bell 212 and the at-802 fireboss at the viseu airfield are used to fight forest fires, thanks for the video, great job.

Nice to see that pretty little town you had lunch in. Always enjoy these quirky videos that show us a bit of the places you visit, and love the more unusual routes and planes. Great video and love the BOING T shirt!

0: 55 That plane must have been through a lot of combat. I couldn't imagine how difficult was flying there in that era, due to the _ahem_ state of war between Argentina and Britain.

If it was me, I would have spent more time in this absolutely beautiful little town where you had lunch. Thank you for sharing anyway. I loved the thumb up of the pilot!

As a german comedian said in one of his 90s Programs. you know, one of those Planes you see on tv news, in parts. They are not as unreliable as it is made out to be.

Well, I did fly in a minibus (Swearingen Metro series) quite a lot, but unlike your Dornier, it was pressurized. I never flew in an unpressurized aircraft.
