As a member of the Coastguard myself I can't thank you enough for making this video. Some very good advice that I wish more people would take note of. I find it terrifying how little some of the casualties that I have dealt with know about tides and rip currents etc. Thank you again.

Great advise. Thanks for reminding us of the dangers when out on a beach. Easy to forget about safety when out enjoying the shore. will definitely be more careful in the future.
