Build a Bushcraft Dog House in the Forest Camp - Part 2

I build a dog house in the forest using minimal tools. This is part 2 of building the shelter in the woods for my dog. Using just 3 tools, I scavenge for wood around the forest and build a small lean-to shelter for my dog. This is the 3rd and final shelter at the bushcraft camp

It is awesome that you are building that for one of man's best friends, a defender, a protector. Plenty of people forget about their dogs, and always put them as an afterthought, which is sad. They need shelter, just like we do. And in a survival issue, they could also help out in getting food, early warning alarm, as well as providing heat in an extreme situation. Keep up the great work, Brother

For this whole video I wasn't sure whether my microphone was on, the power lights weren't showing up at all and I couldn't tell on on the camera screen whether I was getting any audio feedback. I decided to go ahead and film anyway but not waste my time talking to the camera in case I had no audio. So this video has no talking as a result. The next one has audio

I am just getting back into bushcrafting and had been watching your stuff before, your videos are superb but a little more narration would be prefered, but to the point, If that camp gets any bigger it will be a fort, never have I seen such a complete base camp in Britain, such a thing could (if wanted) be a teaching aid for young people. well done Sir

You gotta know by now you could just about film the trees growing and we would watch it. Love what you're doing here man.

One question, where you are located do you have much of a rodent problem out in the woods? Here in Mid US States we have anything from mice, rats and various reptiles that cn become a problem in our super shelter. What would you do to keep them at a minimum so it does not degrade your shelter?

Definitely not a fan of the no commentary videos. I understand that there were issues with the equipment this time, but in past videos where you go half the video with no commentary my kids won't even watch. Otherwise they enjoy the videos. And to be honest you lose me too with no commentary.

Hey Mike. You might remember me. My name is Connor Mainwold. I sent you a letter a while back with a piece of tinder cord. I wanted to ask you. Do you need a splitting maul Where You Are? I use one personally and find it to be much easier then splitting wood with a forest axe.

Actually If I remember correctly you state you were going to wind up losing your food prep area, so what I would of done is made a 3 in 1 where not only could you prep your food but you could also storage your knapsack or anything else, but also have where your dog could sleep.

The sound of silence, I hope jax enjoys his new house. It's weird being alone in the woods and just thinking about what your doing instead of just talking all the time, it's very therapeutic good to let you mind take a break from the rat race every once and a while

Love your videos, I would recommend packing the outside of the walls of your main shelter for insulation come the colder months. As your walls are now they are breezy for summer months, but packing with mud will help block wind come winter. Keep up the great work
