Jaxx is a typical Jack Russell Even when you try to snuggle Lost mine couple years ago after 16 years and he had been to 13 states: -) I'm to old to get another Super hyper dog as I'm disabled and can't get around the farm and woods fast enough to dispatch everything he is doing battle with and exercise him in the evening in the winter time, when it is to cold for him to be out enough to unwind for the evening. They are super smart and you can teach them about any thing, with 3 or 4, ten min. sessions a day in 3 or 4 days. I taught Bandit, ( my dog) every thing using voice and hand signals. With just hand signals that people or kids didn't see me do, baffled them: -) Cheers to both of you.

That tent idea is awesome, Ive been considering getting the same truck aswell, as you can switch from 2wd to 4wd on the fly, but that roof tent idea is just simply amazing. Id NEVER considered that before, the space looks enormous and that cinch strap/clothes airer is a clever idea. Cook you breakfast up on the tailbed, maybe rig up a road shower too, and bang, you can live in that indefinitely. Easily do a 1/2 or 3 week roadtrip from it, save fortunes in camping/hotel charges etc. Thats SUCH a game changerAnyway, great vids, excellent content, keep em coming Much love from Hertfordshire.

We have a Black Mouth Cur mix, and he is the same. If we hug for me then 10 seconds he will wall up and nose in between us, and good forbid we kiss. Then he starts short and quiet whining. Although he is 60+ish pounds his lower jaw is shorter than the top and cow bones are to large, we use pig bones. Raw hide is bad for any dog, the chemical process to make it is nasty. A natural alternative is dried and smoke animal parts, like the trachea. Bully Sticks are good to, that's the dried and stretch penis of a bull.

It's funny, we have roof top tents here because of Croc's not sure why you would want one with all the extra weight in Blighty, i understand why Mike (MCQ Bushcraft) needs one as he is overland for 6 months or more but are you going to leave that thing on there all the time mate or take it off each time or what. Or just some spare cash and fancied a new bit of kit. Nothing wrong with that mind you. lol. Cheers Moose.

If you guys like this type of content, then you should check out MCQBushcraft. It's like this, but 20 times better, on steroids. He basically sold his house, pimped up an old Jeep and went on a European roadtrip with his girlfriend. I think they're in Scandinavia at the moment. Absolute brilliant content and a great people. This video is like a tourist camp version of what Michael is doing. :)

Mate, great stuff with the tent. You will love it. I suggest you get the awning that goes underneath, zips in after you fold it out. I took mine to the tip of Cape York and down through the outback and then out to Morton and Fraser Islands. they are very comfortable and with the awning, it gives you a dry place if its raining and wet. We sometimes set up our camp kitchen there.

Hi, love your videos, and you inspire me to get outdoors. I used to camp out as a kid but now I have a wife and young children I'd like to introduce them to the outdoors. Are you able to recommend any tents that could sleep 4 comfortably (me the wife and 2 children. I have a decent budget but open minded to different types of tents etc. Keep up the good workSteve

A young Brit like yourself knowing The Life of Riley? NiceJax is one of the best outdoor/bushcraft dogs. He's up there with Scout, Cali, Monty, and Daisy. Oh, and if you don't want do to anymore boxing episodes, you should probably remove your address from your About page. :)I'm looking into getting a truck bed tent myself. I enjoyed the video. Thanks for sharing.

This has probably been one of my fave vids. I love it when you show what the UK has to offer. We may not have wilderness, but we have stunning coastlines. Let's celebrate what we have on our doorstep, and show the rest of the world what we have. This was quintessentially an outdoorsy day out for us Brits, and a trip to the pub at the end of it. Loved it.
