Update 21: 1, 000 Miles! layyyry: Hi Dixie! Just watched this today along with other Virginia AT videos of you. I'm in Front Royal now headed to Harpers Ferry. I'm drove my minivan from Wisconsin to the Smokies and through Shenandoah to here. Was so cool watching you in places I just was and am going to like Damascus, Hot Springs etc. My friend and I have watched all your PCT videos following your trek! I'm currently hiking the Ice Age Trail in sections as time allows. I found your page over a year ago through a recommendation from flatbrokeoutside. Just curious if Scott Jurek passed you on the AT or if you talked to him. Did you watch A Walk In The Woods? I did 5 times and is my inspiration to do this trip. I also did it last September but doing it in reverse in October to enjoy the fall colors.

I grew up on this stretch of trail. I kissed that underpass every time I drove under it. I also made cars and trucks honk from that bridge
