I didn't understand why you mentioned Horse, since we're talking about the 2L Volvo here.
Then, aesthetically, it's still the same car, which wasn't a grand prix for beauty. As for trying to justify the price, it was a waste of time.
Some people don't learn from the mistakes of the past,
and worse, like Ferrari with its latest car, think that notoriety is enough to sell an ugly car at an exorbitant price. Zenos thinks that they can do the same. for a simple kit-car. without notoriety

I had the first E10R - great car and endless fun. Worth saying Zenos was profitable and was making money on each car. Also had a full order book. The issue was the 50% deposit was fully refundable - a track company in Australia cancelled a large order (something like 10-15 cars) very late in the build process and wanted full refunds. This wiped out cash flow leaving a lot of people out of pocket.

I’ve had a Zenos since 2015. It’s a great car on track, exhilarating on the road.
It did need a lot of work to get it right, because it was initially underdeveloped.
Really glad to see they are finally going to bring it back.
But my goodness they are asking for a lot of money. I guess that’s the world we live in now.

Another weekend toy for the rich ones; ) But still great to see niche British manufacturers still making small sports cars!
If I had the money, my first choice would be Ariel Atom or BAC Mono

Big fan of lightweight sports cars but struggling to see the point of bringing back Zenos especially at that price. Would have been better starting from scratch with new styling and downforce.

Here today, gone tomorrow. Nowhere near worth that kinda money.
Also, driving a car with a crash helmet anywhere that's not a race track marks you out as a proper onanist.

They should save themselves a lot of time and money and focus on getting the AC right. No point half developing lots of overpriced cars which they then can't sell.
