Ferrari use electric turbos, just non on the 296. Only the F80 has them.
Also, the 296 Speciale is not the most powerful RWD Ferrari ever, the LaFerrari is. Ferrari is referring to the Speciale as the most powerful RWD series production model, which is.

As far as I know all the 296 Speciales have the Multimatic dampers as standard, what's new is the optional front-axle lift, which on the standard GTB/GTS was not available with the Fiorano pack. Please double check this with Ferrari.
