In the old days old men used to talk about their Nortons and Triumphs and how Honda didnt make a proper motorbike, along came the fireblade and it was the first truly high performance track qualty handling bike. Some people seem to miss the point entirely, the Nissan is a car you can use pretty much every day then take it to a track or the -ring- or Germany and have some proper fun and still get the thing back without breaking down, as some Italian cars, and bikes do. You want to spend more? ok

-sw1000xg Well you see, it isnt quite injustice. These tests also depend very much on how -independent- they really are. Often cars are messed with when brought up to test on a track for a magazine review or such. So really, what I can advice for you is. Don't take these tests serious at all. Why? 1: they arent trustworthy 2: you shouldnt care about 0, 2 of a second because honestly, you're using the car for the road, the fun factor and price is the main factor.

Sorry nissan, you make a ridiculously fast car as well as the micra and I have much respect for that. Although as described by many reviews, the ride is -back breaking- as well as the interior is made very cheaply. I'm not really a Porsche fan although i honestly believe that the new 911 turbo S will be better in pretty much every way. It's still ridiculous how much speed you get for the price though. :D

Not sure what all the Nissan fanboys are getting so uppity about. He spends over 3 minutes complimenting the car, and the one thing he does where compares it to the competition and gives HIS OPINION and they all jump down his throat! So sad.

I like this car a lot I can't get past the fact it's a Nissan, I'd take the Porsche 911 any day, I'm pretty sure that's due to the perception of each car I have. probably says a lot about me and why I buy cars. willy extension.

-geforce5591 Yeah and look at the track the Turbo S and the GTR have been on the GTR out performs it on every track out there! Fifth Gear test was a load of shit just like the MP4 vs 458 was BS!

-StangBang35 Never mind, its just the article I was reading said -the last gt-r-. Although i'm pretty confident the power won't be upped again because they just have updated it by a lot.

not in a straight line. turbo s will murder this. and its more luxurious, and its more prestigious. and it has a better ride. and finally a better badge
