you know, I really appreciate your thoroughness. You probably don't have enough time to respond to every comment. But, hope that you will respond to this one. Been watching you for a long time. I like a person that does the right thing even if nobody's looking! hard to find a person like that.

Years ago a guy I knew used to say. There is no Red Cross On the door. This was when asked about doing something that was beyond the scope of work.
