I was trying to remove a strut from a 10yo Mazda in northern Pennsylvania, with a similar bolt arrangement. Naturally it wouldn't turn. Naturally I put a cheater pipe on the breaker bar, pulled as hard as I could, and boom, Robert's your mother's brother, rounded all the corners off the bolt. Two hours of screwing around later, with propane and MAPP and vice grips and a hammer, I gave up, put the wheel back on, and took it to the professional wrench-bender down the road. They called and said it was done; I asked the desk guy what they had to do, and he said I'm really not sure, but it took him a while and there was a whole lot of swearing back there.

You should NEVER have to apologize for doing a repeat video! Your commentary is way better now than it was 6 years ago. lol. So it's like a whole new video! I have learned a great deal of the tricks of the trade from you. And I have been turning wrenches for longer than you have been alive. Plus you always have new tools debuted that I just gotta have. Thanks Eric.

Believe it or not. I lived in Florida for 7 yrs. And I've seen alot of rotted out cars from living near the ocean espically on beach side. Because the ocean salt is worse since it's natural.

Eric I have a 2008 Tahoe from time to time I lose all functionality of gauges. If I pull over shut it off and restart the gauges come back. Any idea what could be causing this issue?

I burned through one boot in the 90's since then I multi-layer wrap a wet towel around them and have a spray bottle of water handy which is good if re-wetting is needed.

Ball joint arm not have hammer side? Because sooo easy get ball joint out from lower arm whit little hammer tab and when install little tab again it close too nicely

I just did my ball joints today on my 06 Outback. Didn t even attempt the pinch bolts. Bought whole new knuckles. Can t believe they still have the same design
