I am getting seriously worried. The last three SMA videos I have watched never had an appearance from the lovely Mrs O. I do hope she is okay. Eric, interesting video as usual but missing the lovely interaction between you and your lovely missus.

How common is this issue on these cars i have the same car just a higher trim level with 130000 miles on it havent had any issues yet but id like to be prepared

Hope the other shop bill the customer accordingly to the job done. What really bothers me is that they'll get all the credits for a job they didn't do.
