Sell your car for free with Carwow: Audi has just unveiled the all-new Audi A6 and S6! Based on Audi’s new naming convention, we already know that the A6 & S6 will be electric only! From now on, all odd-numbered Audis will come with internal combustion engines, while all those with even numbers will be electric only. So what’s new on the all-electric A6 Let’s take a closer look. Starting with the design, it’s clear that the new A6 is a bit chunkier than the previous edition. Up front, there’s a floating grille design flanked by large air intakes, and as has been a trademark on recent Audis, the headlights are super slim and come packed with tech. There are electric release door handles along the side of the car, and it’s also possible to get the new A6 with cameras in place of traditional door mirrors. Around the back, there’s a full-length light bar as well as a functional diffuser. The Audi logo also lights up, which is a nice touch. Step inside and the interior is very similar to recently unveiled Audis like the Q6 & A5. There’s a huge curved display that incorporates both the driver display and infotainment screen, and there’s also a third screen for the passengers built into the dash. There are minimal physical buttons, though - pretty much everything is controlled through the infotainment screen. When it comes to performance, there are several options. The most powerful A6 is the A6 e-tron Quattro, which has dual motors and 428hp. When it comes to the S6, it also has dual motors, but in this car they produce 503hp, rising to 551hp when in launch control. The entry-level A6 has the largest range, with the 94. 9kWh able to run for up to 466 miles. So what do you think - is this one of the most luxurious all-electric saloons or estates you can buy

Who would have thought that car design (as with pretty much everything else) gets slowly reduced/refined to the most efficient form which results in products looking incredibly similar.
Personally I really feel like the whole front dash becoming a screen attached to a screen attached to a screen is looking less and less futuristic and more and more just ugly. Why does the main screen UI look like a child has been let loose in creating endless shortcuts on a desktop monitor
Genuinely, how is it legal to use something like that but not your mobile phone or to have a film playing that you can seemingly watch because it involves using your concentration levels just as much to go through any of the settings, climate etc like it does to open anything up on your phone.
Also, it is so difficult with Technology to create anything that looks timeless. These interiors are going to age and age fast.

Side and rear design I think I like and looks good, both, wagon and sedan. But front, oh my gosh, what a ugly hideous thing it is. Interior is also not good looking. Of course, it is not a car, but just battery vehicle and we can say farewell to VW group overall. It was best in world, but now it is time to go and fade away. This goes on sale in september(2 months) as you said, does that mean, we have just few months left to buy A6 ever and then it is gone forever!
What a shitshow(by audi.

Not a fan of the split-level headlights. What is Audi trying to one-up BMW with the 7-Series with the controversial design choices Although, honestly, what is going on in the design department for BMW, Merc, and Audi all of a sudden when it comes to the design of their EVs Porsche is basically the only big German automaker whose EVs aren't a complete design fiasco. xD

Jeez these commenters are so lame.
Waaahhh, why doesn't it look like a car from the 80s when I was young, everything new sucks, I don't like electric, I preferred it when cars were unregulated diesels that poisoned everyone around me and I'm too old to care about global warming cause I'll be dead by the time that matters

The side profile of the sedan kind of reminds me of a Kia Stinger but with some chonky boy weight. Personally not a fan of it. The Avant variant looks much better from the side and back but not a fan of the new front end at all. The narrow DRLs make the front look too tall and not a fan of the inverted grill color.

VW’s EV platform is so strange looking, something is off. i think its the fact that the chassi is like 15-20cm taller because of the batteries under the floor, makes the car look really bulky and high of the ground even though the ground clearence might not be alot.

More than ever, I hope my 2014 A7 keeps running in fine condition. I was just about getting used to the idea of the screens in the current A6 but these new, massive interior screens that everyone is gravitating to are hideous (although not as bad as BMW’s newest design.

I've been always a proud fan and owner of Audi cars, but now I'm not sure about all these new A5, A6, S6 e-tron models. I was laughing that BMW is taking design from Asian cars and now we have Audi taking the same path, this new A6 e-tron looks like Camry.

audi lost the game a while ago already. over here nobody is buying audi anymore. now you have 2 kinds of people in the premium market, the porsche & mercedes buyers and then the assholes without taste that just want to piss off other people buying BMW

I actually really like the new look externally. Big step forward. Yes I agree the estate is the better design. Do not like the ridiculous overuse of screens on the dash, especially in front of the passenger. Give my eyes a break!

The VW is only smart enoguh to make diffrent design to appeal to chinise market, why is bmw audi and mercedes in such a downfall, I have audi a4 b9 the last a4 ever and I dont know what to buy next everything looks just ugly

07: 13-07: 22 Isn't the car with the lowest drag coefficient the Lucid Air Daniel talked about it in the german video just 6 days ago. It has just 0, 197 instead of the EQS with it's 0, 2.

I love it! Genuinely love it. I think since circa 2020, I've fallen out of love with Audi styling. I'd buy this! Don't hate me, but i love the look of the saloon, too
reply

Im an Audi fan but these new models. They look very bad!
Whats going on with Audi went from to this doesnt look an Audi at all, no sharp lines. nothing!

reply

Yes, they have. Not everything looks the same and bloated. There used to be nice details between models, now it’s just the same lights and the same screen inside.
reply

I think the shape of the estate is a bit weird with that c-pilar. I don't mind the design of the saloon, but I also liked the BMW 5series GT and then the 6sereis GT.
reply

I am loving it. Mercedes and then BMW and now Audi. All down the drain. one day we will all say they used to sell cars. Porsche 911 is only one standing tall
reply

Back looks pretty good. Front looks ugly as hell. Can car manufactures please stop this shit with the main beams below the DRL. Doesnt look good on any car.

what kind of donkeys would buy this rich ones and some fools who will catch themself into this net of EV deceives and then cry later on big money lose
