Range Rover Evoque Convertible 2018 SUV in-depth review - Mat Watson

The premium SUV class is a stack field consisting of hard hitters, such as Lexus NX, Porsche Macan and BMW X3, so can a manufacturer make a splash in 2016? In rolls the Range Rover-s latest update to the Evoque since it first appeared on the scene in 2011, the Evoque Convertible! The roof can drop at a jaw dropping speed of 30mph and in 18 seconds flat! However, have Range Rover sacrificed too much in converting the Evoque to a soft top? Has the Evoque Convertible sacrificed practicality for style? Is it worth the hight price? Find out all my views and more in this latest review!

First, I must say that you are doing a fantastic job with your car reviews. Secondly, I personally think the car itself is a bit daft even though I work for JLR. It is very unique, completely capable off road, but this is car is for those rich spoiled teenagers who want to show off their suv that is a convertible and offered capable. I think it is also best suited for preppy housewives, or women who want a very different looking car.

1: 16 As much as I love Doug DeMuro, seeing that annoys me so much, because in Doug's video, he moves the seat forward slightly with the regular button on the base of the seat, and not the proper one used in this video to allow rear passengers to get in.
He deliberately made the car appear worse than it is.

The 10. 2- Pro infotainment centre SHOULD be a vast improvement on the standard system. but when you try to live with it you realise that JLR can't get it to work! They've been trying with mine for over 12 months!
Doesn't bode well for the Velar annd future generations of 'glass cockpit' JLRs

One of my neighbours has one of these. They have a beautiful living room that they never use with a bottle of wine that's never opened on a coffee table that nobody ever sits at. right at the front of the house, curtains open for everybody to see.
Enough said.

Just gonna go for a nice joy ride in my convertile. Oh what is this? Is it thin mud? No problem. Oooohhhhh my back really hurts. No problem! Oh im terible at parking, yet again, no problem, this car is perfect

That's neither an SUzv nor Tange Rover. Utterly pointless. 2 door! Even when no other manufacturer is successful
These reviews are usually good but in this one you're talking no sense.

Massive lol. The Evoque is already a pretty needless car. Making it a convertible makes it even more needless and it looks horrible. If you buy one of these then your a bell end lol.

It's funny how Jeremy Clarkson designed this car as in a top gear episode he had a picture of the Evoque and cut the roof off with scissors and JLR stole the idea

Easily the ugliest car on the road, not to mention the fact it's overpriced. I pity anyone who was caught out buying this lemon and good luck trying to sell it

I liked it before it had good sales figures. Been following this vehicle since it was a concept car. Just not sure about Range Rover reliability.
