Best Electric? it isn't the best in terms of CO2 - one of those little EVs are far better; do you exclude Hybrids from your list of electrics? Many can commute all electric. So to mean best you have to mean full size environmental battery pig? Tesla has that down pat. They way over 2 tons; twice what a Toyota Corolla hybrid weighs. They use about 8000 batteries which not only mean you put in more CO2 to make them; you have to push around this heavy weight; cancelling the benefit of electric motors. Telsa could make 10 small EVs or hybrids with those they devote to one car -so don't tell me how great they are for the environment; they aren't. So yes there are only a few big Fat EVs to pick from most are Teslas.

I watched a vid the other day on You Tube of someone reviewing a Tesla. It was new and the quality was terrible. Bits were falling off, edges not finished correctly, dirt and other deleterious matter had accumulated in hidden places, rubber trims hanging off, etc.
I was thing of purchasing the Tesla SUV, but now I will have an Audi Q4 Quattro instead.
I note that the -portrait- orientated screen is now a thing of the past as Tesla has succumbed to siting them on the dashboard in landscape orientation.

I really tried to like the Model 3 when I was choosing my EV. From a price, performance & specification point of view it had a lot going for it and there were few good EV's to choose from at the time, but I don't like the design (inside and outside) and that's a deal-breaker. The fact that it is a saloon is also a slight negative which would now be resolved by the Model Y except that cars weird proportions make it look even worse.
Great car, athletic, low-maintenance, nice personality, shame about the face.

Lithium ion batteries are not the way forward. Lithum is nasty. Lithium mines are an ecological disaster zone. We are simply building another massive disposal issue. Recycling is energy intensive. We need to focus on hydrogen fuel cells. Making Lithum batteries is not a green activity and releases more CO2 than conventional car manufacture. Like most things Tesla is just a money making racket.

Lovely car, but isn't it amazing that it's illegal to use a mobile phone in a car. but perfectly ok to ponce around with a screen for things like heating and ventilation etc
I thought the Citroen and Peugeot were bad enough, but this is on a different level.

Nice review. However vegan leather starts falling apart much faster than regular leather. My advice to any new owners is get a steering wheel wrap or invest in an upgrade. Would be nice to see an update to this as well as a model s plaid video.

It good to have an backup charger incase when you drive and runout of battery if a power station unable to be found for far away. Example backup small power generator for EV vehicle can carry around in car for some extra miles or kilometers.

Every ev review I see says the under-boot storage is good for charging leads. but charging leads are something you need access to at any point, so if you have other things in the boot this isn't a good place for them.

I-m not sure I really like it in my opinion, just a huge screen and that-s all. And plus the steering wheel looks cheap and not much of anything. Well it-s just my opinion, I get that lot-s might like it.
