Clearly an epic car. Just watched the EVO Car Of The Year vid and this was the winner up against a Lambo and a Porsche etc. I just can't get on board with the styling though. It's not ugly but it's not attractive at all either. I'd still take an Alfa Giulia QV and save a tonne of money despite this (I imagine) undoubtedly being a much better car.

The CS was never overly successful for BMW. Can't compete with the Black Series versions. When I worked at BMW the CS models would sit on the showroom floor for years. Sad coz they're pretty nice cars, over priced for sure.

20kg off the brakes is massive. That and the lighter wheels making a massive reduction in under sprung weight is what is probably explaining the big differences you are feeling.

You can-t get into the center consul in the M5CS because for some reason BMW have gotten rid of the center consul for the CS what the heck BMW

The M5 Comp LCI has M8 Dampers too. It was BMWs main change for the facelift. Most likely the calibration has changed for the CS.
