Mat-s been over in China checking out the Shanghai Motor Show, and he-s discovered a whole host of cars that-ll be exclusive to the Chinese market! From long wheel-base BMWs to an ultra-luxurious Range Rover, join him as he takes you on a tour of these Asian-exclusive models! But which of these them would you like to see get a global release?

Now there's the answer why smart doesn't sell in China, they don't make smart fortwo long-wheelbase. P. S.: I just don't get that with chinese people, they're usually pretty small in size, would think that the space wouldn't be that important. But it's true that they have pretty crappy roads and longer wheel-base helps with ride comfort a bit maybe?

In fact, it is very difficult to buy a car in China. The same car, such as Toyota alphard, is priced at 800, 000 RMB in Chinese mainland. But it only sells for 300, 000 RMB in Hong Kong. All cheap cars abroad will increase in price in China, and they are much more expensive

Let me explain, these cars that are not available in foreign countries but available in China are called -special offers-. That is to say, these cars are not pure bloodlines, but domestically designed cars, at least with the logo of foreign cars

Who will pay so much money to buy a big size Golf with big tail. I can see why Tesla sales is good. VW, BMW is still the same thinking mind, no change. Their electric cars are funny compared to Tesla. Generation gap.

Lu Hu ( Road Tiger) = Rover, Land Rover= Lan De Lu Hu. For Chinese to remember the full name is a challenge. Just like Mercedes Benz, in China is: Ben Chi=Benz. No one can remember what the hell is Mercedes.

the concept of an -executive- passenger seat is so underrated! many people rather sit besides the driver to have a conversation if it's a couple or to rest and swap later on a long trip. Clever Tech.

The reason why they have a lwb version of cars is bc of the fact that most ppl in asian countries (including china) use chauffeurs so the owners tend to sit in the back and demand more rear room.

I could see the point of the LWB versions. Modern cars have gotten so wide and having the room in length but not worrying so much about your mirrors all the time would have some appeal.

China maybe evil but cheap labor, the worlds highest population, a government dictatorship and lack of human rights means great and cheap technological advancements. Nice cars lol
