I wish Audi had used a supercharger on their 4. 0L V8. My experience with their Supercharged V6 completely changed my opinion of superchargers after my experience with JLR-s completely unimpressive 3. 0L SCV6. Not only was the Jag-LR engine super inefficient (13-15 miles per gallon, but it was dreadfully unreliable and felt woefully underpowered for a 3-ton hulking SUV like the Discovery 4. The old 5. 0L V8 was much better suited to the Discovery 4 and in reality was no less efficient even with two less gears and 2000cc of extra engine displacement. The 3. 0L V6 actually weighs more than the V8 because it shares the same engine block, just two cylinders blanked off, and then all the weight of the intercooler, extra battery for start/stop and supercharger mean you-ve got an extra 40-60kg of weight vs. the older 5. 0L naturally aspirated V8. Boo! Jaguar Land Rover really needed to invest in a new engine for their top of the line models, but they have instead decided to continue production of the 5. 0L V8 in house, since Ford closed the engine plant building the 3. 0L V6/5. 0L V8. I had really hoped JLR would just end up licensing a V8 from BMW, Mercedes or VWAG to supersede the 5. 0L, but that doesn-t seem to be on the horizon.
JLR-s new 3. 0L I6 is equally unimpressive. I don-t know how they managed to make a turbocharged and e-supercharged straight-six feel underpowered, but they did.
This was one case where in my opinion engine downsizing and forced induction did NOT work. Audi-s 3. 0L Supercharged V6 on the other hand does feel adequately responsive and powerful to replace the older 4. 2L N/A V8. If only it made quite as good a noise. Oh well, guess you can-t have it all. 27mpg in a Q5 3. 0T is fairly respectable though!

Offroader the G-wagon? D:
We might have lost sight to what going off the paved roads means. A scratch of the rims is 3k euros, a scratch in the door pannels and you gotta replace all the door, that would be 7k euros. And it will never be capable of doing what it's supposed to do. It has road tires, really high center of gravity. I don't think that it would get the job done.
That being said, that G is unbelievably quick. It's a refrigerator with 4 wheels and a v8. Awful looking car, but pretty quick.

It-s that G wagon is also a luxury car that-s why it-s so expensive do you like is also the least affordable of the scrape all these cars are red cars they all have black wheels they pretty much all have the same outfits and color combinations but just the colors are different they designed the colors and stuff are all the same that G wagon cost 150, 000 pounds super expensive

What makes the G 63 so fast is it because the 4 L TwinTurbo V8 with 585 hp and 850 nm If it isn-t then I don-t know what makes something so fast I thought the G 63 would take ages to do the quarter mile but instead it actually took a really quick time

Its 2020 and nobody speaks about the Giulia/Stelvio qv
Cant understand why carwow do not use them more in drag races. I think there is a boykot running and the big influencer shouldnt make such races against german cars

If you-re just in ComFOOT mode and you need to just suddenly takeoff that G wagon is the best it clearly is gearbox responded quicker yeah that nine speed auto respond quick yeah that is a real fox thing

Stelvio forever! Change driver and warm up that massive breaks (most likely is having the carbon ceramic ones) and there won-t be any comparison, let-s not mention how it goes on curves.

AMG G63 has the most power considering it-s the most expensive The Alpha I think it-s the cheapest and the jags in the middle I-m not sure how much difference that-s going to make

If you could choose between the three (if money wasn-t an issue) dont tell me you wouldn-t go for the G- those other cars can-t even be compared in the same section.
