This is the new Volkswagen T-Cross! It-s a small SUV that's going head-to-head with the likes of the SEAT Arona and Renault Captur, but with looks and style that have borrowed heavily from the Polo, does the T-Cross have the upper edge over the competition? the sunset orange colour of the car is not ideal for dawn and evening drive because it just blends with those times. They should have incorporated daytime running lights as a standard feature for all T Cross models to maximize visibility, thus safety of the car and driver thereof. Without the standard day time running lights, the orange is a safety hazard. I would buy the car in a different color, although the orange color looks really cool on the car.

Great video, thanks. That little cubby hole when you-re seated in the back isn-t for a mobile phone - that-s always superglued to an adolescent-s hand. - No, it-s for the AirPods the case sits in there nicely and can be charged from the USB port just below. - I-ve just bought a T-Cross in United trim in brilliant white with the DSG7 box. It looks fantastic and drives like a dream. Highly recommended!

Hi. Test drove a T-Cross. Was average quality. One thing that annoyed was the vibration felt in the steering wheel on take off, from the engine. I did not want to feel that for the next 5 years. Drove the Skoda Kamiq next. Yes, same running gear, but no vibration. Also better quality. Would have loved a nice 2L engine.

Quite surprsing that he thinks this is the best one, yet there were quite a few annoying things about this car, especially with the equipment. The Skoda Kameq only was reviewed as something to 'consider' whilst it had PLENTY of clever features and probably better materials than the T-Cross as well.

Hi Matt,
What about an updated video of a more powerful T-Cross, like the 1. 5 TSI one. Rumor has it that it's quite an excellent version, but there are not too many videos about that though. If it's not you the 2021 Myth Buster, then who? BTW, excellent videos, always - Cheers!

The car is nice but there is no valid reason to buy a t- cross instead of skoda kamiq. The pricing for this little car is insane and still you don't get basic comfort options like an armrest for the rear seats or at least a cupholder. And what is up with all that hard plastic?

i like this car. it's small so you can park it anywhere. suspensions seems better than my clio 4. also must feel more secure. and it's an suv so more space, you see the road a little much better. and 1. 5l 150hp available. i can see myself in this one.

Hi. I have a dark blue one here in South Africa. Looks allot different inside - much cooler. Have you checked under the drivers seat for the secret glove compartment? Comes in handy for hiding wallets and stuff out of site while driving; -)

Hello. I can not understand what stuck the Germans are going through and they do not bring it to Europe with a panoramic roof. In other parts of the world they produce it, as in Brazil and South America. Too bad they wrong their model

It's ugly AF and the wheelbase is too short. Then there's the plastic interior, yikes! The dealer lend me one while servicing my car, but I was very happy to hand it back to them. God awful car with a really cheap feeling to it.
