Ugly, useless, harmful and life endangering! About the drag coefficient - same CD doesn't mean the same drag, it is then multiplied by frontal cross-section (gross oversimplification. So no, it isn't as aerodynamic as M4. Maybe the design is as efficient but the silhouette is still higher and produces way more drag.

Totally a free Matt I think the BMW designers have lost the plot especially as so many other brands such as Hyundai & Kia have some great looking EV-s coming out-part from the Porsche Tacan I can-t think of one good looking EV at a sensible price also not 6 figures or up?

Man, this just hurts to see them messing up the front like that. Grill is nice to have, but why so damn large. and the wheel rims. they better be customizable. Its horrible.
And maybe add back the iconic bmw headlights? These stripes are ugly af: (

While the grill sucks, overall it still looks better than a fat model X cos of the proportions. And interior is way better of course. And there's finally something in the EV market with better range than a Tesla, thank god.

I will say one thing positive for the iX. The EQC and e-tron are a bit gaffe too. If you want an electric BMW, buy an i3. It's a future classic. Just wish they would up the charge rate because 50kw isn't enough anymore.
