After watching this twice I noticed on the 3rd race where both cars are in Dynamic/Sport mode, the Audi isn't actually in full dynamic. It was in dynamic drive, not in dynamic sport. It would have an S on the dash instead of a D. Not sure if it would be different on the E-Tron but every Audi I have driven/owned there is dynamic sport mode or dynamic drive and there is a big difference.

One of the very best contests I have seen from CarWow.
Have looked at the freeze-frame and suspect the Audi just pipped it as it was ahead on the frame before being blocked out by the Merc being in front of the camera.

I might be a huge Marcedes fanboy, but I am REALLY dissapointed when it comes to the new 2022 design on the A, E, C, S - Class. what the F--K were they thinking? And don-t get me started om the EVs--

It wasn't 2-2. Matt ensured they raced to a mile to take advantage of the Merc having a higher top speed. Ultimately whether they are accelerating from a stop or whilst moving the Audi is going to win.

Audi Etron gt rs is even a little slower than the previous generation of model s? Come on audi, if plaid is too fast to catch then you should at least be better than the previous dual motor model s.

Matt- you need to invest in a drone, for an overhead view at the 1/4 mile, 1 mile, and brake test. This way, we can definitively see who is the victor!
