Meet the most mind-blowing car BMW has ever revealed The BMW i Vision Dee! This all-new concept has been revealed at CES 2023 and aims to show what the next-gen BMW 3 Series could be like when it arrives in 2025! So what are the key talking points? Well for starters, there s the retro-inspired design. From the side, we re getting classic E30 3 Series design vibes, and upfront we have (yet another ) massive kidney grille. However, unlike recent BMW releases, this one s longer than it is fat, and it arrives fully digitised! Step inside and this is where the technology really comes to the fore. Rather than sticking an infotainment screen on the dash, the i Vision Dee comes with a heads-up display that can stretch the full length of the windscreen! Elsewhere, it s all pretty minimalist inside, with hardly any physical buttons to be found. What s more, the i Vision Dee will also come with E-ink technology, allowing you to change the car's exterior colour! It s also done away with door handles, so you ll need to rely on gesture controls to even get inside! Bryant: I don't believe BMW would produce this bland vehicle ever. BMW finally stepped their game up with the I7 and wouldn't take a gigantic leap backwards with this vehicle. I presume they kept the design bland, just to focus on future tech that's coming down the pipeline. This design may work for an autonomous pod 30 years into the future, but wouldn't work anytime in the near future.

What it suggests is that the paradigm is making the producers increasingly financing corporations. People won't buy these things: they will simply lease them.
That's the only possibility to market them and absorb the recycling circuit of the old and of the. new.
Moreover, the gadget side of this concept is excessive, points out the almost needless of driver. Just passengers.
The lines are seductive, show the design of BMW falling finally on their feet, abandoning their rhinoplasty monsters. Bravo!

Breaking the side horizontal line the the black bits bugs me. The front and rear are nice looking though ( a bit too minimalist. I hate pin stripes so I don't like the yellow stripes or stickers. The color changing thing is really cool. The iX or whatever it was with the black and white had little panels in reality though. I wonder how they will really get that to work. This reminds me of the Nissan concept that they never made (can't remember the name.

It looks like the outline of a car that is yet to be designed and the non-interior interior is useless for the sake of being modern. It is as if they are trying to provoke a negative response like they did with the last few designs. You get all the hassle of an electric car and ridiculous gimmick features that no one asked for or wants.

Easily the ugliest car and worst ideas for a car concept I've ever seen. I can't even believe the direction they're going. Just abysmal decisions from BMW the last couple years. No one at all will buy or fall for this garbage. Wait until 2035 to release this when EV'S are actually everywhere and maybe you'll get 10-15 sales. Maybe.

I think it looks pretty cool like the cars in Cyberpunk 2077. Customizable exterior panels and animations are certainly show stopper. Repair cost must be astronomical though. Also not sure how the police, NHTSA, DMV are going to react lol. Nontheless, as long as it is priced reasonably I would be interested to get one in the future.

Hmm the side profile is not bad, although it does remind me of older car design or a re-imagination it. I'm leaning towards old Alfa cars like 159, especially the rear.
Its definitely does not look like BMW design language, more italian with a pinch of American muslce car front, certainly different.

I kind of like the front, it also reminds me old Alfa Romeo's. The rest, I dunno. Not a fan of all the digital EV stuff for sure, although everything in headsup display is better than one ugly tablet dashboard for sure.

BMW haters entered the comment section. This design is actually great for once, if you re adult enough to be able to remove the concept car quirks out of the equation and see how this will become a road legal car.

when you thought they couldnt get any uglier and more hideous and then this pile of shit comes around the corner, and i dont even like bmw to begin with but this is. what i shat on paper in grade 4

I swear to god, someone just needs to make an electric car the same size as an E90 3 series, male it not tooo heavy (Tesla model 3 shows it can be done, rear wheel drive and hydraulic steering.
reply

Just watch until the end. BMW gives you an option to change the size of the digital grille and change the color of the car and rims. The shape is weird but in a different color not so much? Lol
reply

Don't like it. Lots of new technology to make you take it back to the dealer for unnecessary servicing and additional cost. I can see lots of pay-as-go options so BMW can make lots of profit!
reply

Waaaaayyyy too much tech which will become a hindrance the instant the novelty wears off. The Allegro has been ridiculed for having a square steering wheel. Why is it suddenly cool?
reply

I'm really a boot guy, pardon my french, yet this is one of the best fronts I've ever seen, on a car. looks so retro and in combination with all the new tech, absolutely love it!
