Hey Chris your videos are great and they helped me replace my rotors, pads and hub assemblys on my truck! Thank you! I was wondering if it's common for auto part stores to rent transmission jacks and that (what I assume) hydraulic jack you used to lift your car similar to in this video? Also how do I know when my transmission needs a rebuild? Thanks for the help!

The transmission in my 1998 Isuzu Rodeo had to be replaced because it would not shift at all, it had to be towed to a transmission shop to get a rebuilt transmission, also is was automatic.

Chrisfix is such a good guy, that the car gods made his frame just wide enough so he could use giant jack stands but still squeeze a transmission between them. That just doesn't happen

How can you tell if your transmission is completely garbage and not fixable? My trans skips at 10 mph 20 and 30 and the colder the car the worse it is but it never truly goes away.
