Am I the only one who wants Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to fit Mitsubishi F-2 style Multi function displays for infotainment displays with all the buttons and no touchscreen alongside a fighter jet style HUD? Because I want to see that, also all this night vision is cool but I want an analogue optical input into a car's HUD of that night vision. No digital stuff here.

Self driving features should be reserved for full self driving highways: computer operated highways would make traffic jams almost non existant, fuel (or battery) would last longer, and only then those car trends would be something that make life easier. Everything else is distraction. Unfortunately self driving cars are here, and infrastructure is not

Guys I know the combustion engine sounds amazing and is a gem of engineering, but we didnt always have it a bright mind wanted more. we need to try and imagine how amazing an electric car could work for us 40 years from now. just like the combustion engine did for us 40 years ago.

Thw Futuristic cars if thats what they will resemble. I swear to god, i will kill measel. Everything about it just hideous. The models that are supposed to exist in 1020 years. Majority of these 20+ year models, everything about them is wrong, theyre like bricks with sleek lines

HUD's (not entertainment gimmicks) are great IMHO. Everything else featured in the video that does not contribute to the safety of self-driving cars is ridiculous and another plot from manufacturers to decrease reliability and increase cost.

Saw a Tesla crash into a semi truck in the high way on the i95, when I was driving, i saw the person playing on there phone. while maybe the car self driving? Who knows, but the car steer, the the left, smash the semi, and roll over.

Audi seriously think adjusting speed according to traffic lights ahead of you is a good idea? Imagine getting cut off on the road because you have adaptive cruise control on, and this idea is 10x worse. Holy shit.

I think an easier solution to the traffic light one is to just a timer next to the light that shows you how much seconds are left before the lights change. Why complicate things?

Idk if there's an app already or not but if you put your phone face up on the front of your dash you can have a HUD on your windshield rn in any car. or just watch Netflix lol
