THIS DYNAMO IS NOT ACCURATE on many cars because engines get overheated quite quickly due to the lack of the air inflow. A proper set up would be to have a giant fan right in the front of the car (not just something small on the top of the container as here) that would spin in the accordance of the supposed speed of the car. BTW, some cars would even limit the real power output electronically to not overheat the engine so you will never get correct HP numbers in this setup.

Yea. They didn't blow air over the front of your car. No wonder it started breaking down after everything melted from doing this. You should probably get them to compensate you for the depreciation on the sale of the car due to the repairs needed. Perhaps these idiots shouldn't be operating a dyno. Even emissions testing facilities know better.

I relished that your headlights are foggy, if you put toothpaste on a microfiber cloth and work it in for a while and wash it off it will remove most of the fog. I've used this method and it worked on my 1999 chevy suburban and my 2000 dodge neon. They both look nicer and with the chevy, I can see better during the night.

Based on the tagline under the video, I was expecting that it was somehow massively down on power. Granted, 43, 000 miles isn't a ton in real terms for any car made in the last 20 years, but it's still amazing the car is making notably more power than the factory rated it for, 20 years and 43, 000 miles later.

It went up in power Haha. Maybe my car did that also Dodge actually under rated the car prob for liability or legal reasons. Same way in Japan for years cars had to be under like 220hp so all sports cars were rated at 220 hp no matter what they actually produced.

Awesome. I'd be interested where you found information on drive train loss. I hadn't heard of differences between front and rear wheel before this video. For the life of me I can't remember where I had picked this up, but my standard has been 12% loss for manual and 15% loss for automatics.

Cars as such beasts. Forged internals, 400 stock at the wheels, and still looks better than most cars on the road, especially considering you can pick one up now for 30-40 k. Thanks Dough for posting this, I was looking for stock numbers before major considerations.
