GT4 has the same exact interior, same exact seats, looks better with factory wing, has a BETTER SOUND, and has a real emblem. A DECAL for 181, 000 (what most dealers sell them at these days? Weight is one thing, but that is beyond ridiculous. If you truly were concerned about saving weight, they why not make the emblem and then made the shift knob carbon fiber? I'd take a Cayman GT4 over this car, keep the 100, 000 in my pocket for a. 5 second savings. If I am driving a 200, 000 car, I would probably want someone to notice-----as do most exotic buyers (as you do address. The styling on the outside is a SNOOZE FEST, 6/10.

every car is worth the money people are willing to pay for it to get it. if some people think it is smart to invest 500. 000 in a car that was sold new for under 200. 000 then the car is worth the money. Porsche collectors are in general smart people buying expensive cars just to store them till the price rockets into the sky. always have to lol about the. is cheaper to buy argument. the rich people buy stuff that holds its value or increase over the time. not the cheap to buy nearly same perfromance stuff that ends after 10 years riced out for some bucks at a backyard trader

(Yes, it has been sold for this price) Infact, this is the reason why Porsche gave the Touring package as well as the manual version to the 991. 2 GT3, because they don't like speculation and want their cars to be driven. Unfortunately, the same thing hapenned to the GT2 Rs with very low numbers of cars produced despite it not officially being al imited edition.

There are shows that have much higher production quality that doesn't have views numbering in the millions, Motor Trend, EVO etc. etc. their views are around 300, 000. Its amazing that Dough with such a simple set up is get that many views. He must be rich by now, in which case a change in fashion would be good.

Ill save 3Xs the money and buy a Porshe 911 GT3 Touring Its basically the EXACT car No gaudy wing, 6spd manual, same 4. 0L 500bhp flat6. Especially since the 911R is constantly dropping in value from 500K to 325K. Even so I get a nicely specced GT3 Touring for near 185K-200K, brand new with full warrany. 911R is becoming abit obsolete.

I get more joy and performance out of my 2010 Infiniti G37S 6MT. Porsche is insane with pricing, way too insane. It does not cost anymore or any more 'special' to manufacture than a aptly priced everyday car. Those green stripes are garish and that nose of the duschebag needs to go. Who would let this zit drive their vehicle?

I've never seen more hideous stripes on a car. They look so out of place, I wanna scratch my eyes out, lol. I also don't like Porsches without spoilers. Almost like shaving a cat, ugh. Porsches should either look sporty street or the ones on the track. Not the RS 996 look Hardly lower or wider, that is just hideous aswell

This car is fantastic and therefore I strongly disagree with Dougs scoring. Of course 500000 is a lot of money for a car. But obviously there are more people out there who want to buy this car than produced. This should be taken into consideration not having an impact on the score.

This style is so old and repeated by now. Granted, it is a hell of a bleak and boring style despite what the fanatics may say. Porsches have always looked like stretched Beetles. Take that bumper away and it looks like any other boring Porsche from the 1990s.

Cool car but it never was worth more than 185. 000 Dollar/Euro This damn speculating dealers and Porsche itself created the Hype about this car Absolutely rediculous if u ask me. Also the new 911 GT3 Touring is nice too and not limited; -)
