I like Doug, but sometimes he is just too millennial and just doesn't know what he's talking about in certain areas. The Mercedes S class coupe is not a failure, and CLs and S coupes never sold that much to begin with and you wish you can get a discount on one. It's a certain category of car.

There was once a time when I was a Lexus fanboy and despised BMW, however, BMW has come a long ways. My last 2 BMWs have been as reliable if not more so than my 3 Lexuss, with the added bonus of actually being enjoyable to drive instead of just a boring car.

Will the gesture control still work normally if you live in the southern hemisphere or does it have to be reconfigured? Also, I like the blue ambient lighting but my wife prefers the purple, is it possible to have one half in each colour?

I didn't even know those are called map lights. An other name stuck in the past. Clearly Doug doesn't understand technical stuff, if he thinks free is easier to recognize over brontosaurus, because not many words sound like brontosaurus.

Really? A sunroof? Does anyone really care about that? Anyway, it's a beautiful car but not significant changed from the 6 series (which I own) so I don't really understand all the scuttlebutt at it.

I would say the kidney shutters are there to bring the engine to its proper operating temperature faster. Since they are behind the kidneys, they would probably make your aerodynamics worse. :D

Uhh the red lines are for oncoming traffic so they can see your doors open not at all lol that shits for you to know if the door is open while you're STILL in it lol
