I cant help but feel that he is VERY biased when doing these reviews. I watched the entire video and I basically gathered that there are no actual issues or major flaws, its relatively affordable considering the competition, and he likes to circle jerk over the stinger. To me, the stinger looks plastic-ey and cheap, ugly shape and no body lines to attract attention. The g70 on the other hand fits right in looks wise(exterior) with other luxury brands. And yet he gave this car an over all 6/10 basically? Drives nice, great price, buddy prefers styling of stinger so he damn near fails it?

Thanks for a great review, Doug Looks like I have yet another car to test drive before making my final decision on my next car. One great feature of your review is how some of the things you didn't like about the car were so well described that I feel that I might prefer these options, such as the bland interior. I really don't like an aggressively designed interior, and it can be hard to find a car that has good acceleration and a minimalist, refined interior.

So i have 15k on mine now and can say I still love it. I probably looked at 15-20 cars and drove a c300 and BMW 340. I understand the people who love the the cars but I'm convinced now that for what I got (3. 3 prestige) I paid about 10-15k less for same if not more options than those 2. They are established brands but I have had nothing but good things to say about the g70 so far. And it's faster than both of those: )

Doug, since this is an Asian built luxury vehicle. the buttons on the inside of the car perhaps are most likely made for chauffeurs to move the seat forward with relative ease for their bosses. as there's plenty of people in asia who buys cars and hire a chauffeur to drive it for them especially in the larger asian cities like tokyo, hong kong, singapore, etc.

I am unsure. Going up a segment, I own a Hyundai Genesis and a Mercedes E350 Coupe. The Mercedes E-class far exceeds the Genesis in terms of quality of interior materials, comfort, engaging drive and smooth ride. Perhaps being it's own brand has caused Genesis to close the gap. I would be hestinant to buy one without driving the usual Teutonic competition.

Wow another Korean knockoff. how do they keep getting away with stealing everybody's designs and technology? This is clearly a BMW 3 series. Even down to the info screen in the interior. I believe the only thing BMW can do now. Is to continue to build with integrity and quality and passion. And this way their product will continue to shine above the others.

I hate that people are so obsessed with brand names that they can't objectively cross shop cars. BMW's are nice, but for the quality you get for the price, they aren't worth it at all. Good thing for Genesis, they're always pitted against the German brands instead of infiniti, Lexus and Acura. It's clearly better than those.

This is much better looking than the Toyota camry and Avalon Trd pro. Both of them start at 44k bringing the actual price close to 50k. Their 0 to 60 is 6. 3. Both are rocking the 3. 5. v6. Even the Lexus f sport which also Rock's the 3. 5 by does it in 5. 8. Toyota better get its act together.

Good points Doug. You got alotta comments for this carI agree with your assessment of the styling, however, I feel auto manufacturers are attempting to style cars less aggressively and use eccentric color options to give consumers a way to standout from the crowd. Asian autos are more like this.
