Love the video(s, but the Doug Scores are a complete joke. This vehicle has some of the most amazing tech you can find, which you yourself go on about, and it can only muster an 8 out of 10? So what more would they have to add to get a 9, or even a 10? What vehicle has more features, the space shuttle? And other scores like styling only a 6 out of 10 and cool only a 4? On a 1-10 scale those scores dont even pass. So you say the style and coolness of this car is a failing grade? These cars look freakin awesome and they are absolutely loaded with insane tech. All that is not cool and only 4 out of 10. What did you smoke before making this video? Finally, acceleration is only a 3. Dude, its a 0-60 time of barely over 6 seconds. Sure, its not a Ferrari, but thats actually pretty dang fast. Certainly not a severely failing grade like a 3 OH WAIT, an dyou forgot to even mention what I think is the MOST AWESOME feature, and thats the virtual, AI, enhanced navigation feature

Wait a minute there Doug Redline Reviews just did a review of the Mercedes A220 which is the same car as this car but looks more like a straight up sedan it doesnt have the sloping roof design as this car. When reviewing the digital instrument cluster he showed the GPS map as a full view kinda how Audi does. You just did the digital instrument cluster review and said it didnt do the full view but it will only pop up in the circle where the tachometer would be. So does your specific model not have that option or does the CLA not have that option and why not sense its par the same car as the A220. Or did you made a mistake and just overlook that. Just curious cause I watched both videos back to back and that stood out to me.

But this is not true. There is full-screen navigation in it in tidy. Its just that its not very intuitively turned on. Eh Dag. These are chips and features. I have never talked about the availability of augmented reality technology. Not in a class, not here. There is such a cool navigation with augmented reality. Hi Doug, there is a fullscreen navigation map in the cluster available (besides fullscreen ADAS and fullscreen trip. You can access it via the overlay menu. I have this information, because I have been working on the cluster implementation and shader developement for several years; . Btw, I'am really happy and proud, that MBUX is received quite well by you.

I hope they fixed the issues from the 2014 model. I had one for less than 2 years and got rid of it, water pump went on it twice, ECO start stop failed on multiple occasion and needed service, the interior rattled like crazy when it was too cold, or too hot and the ride was awful in my opinion. It did look nice though.

Hey Doug, quick correction. You can have a full screen map on drivers cluster. I have an A-Class and what you do is click the button on steering wheel, go to navigation and then scroll down to last option for full screen mode. I use it often instead of having the map full screen on the right cluster.

At 3: 38 you can see MB-Tex as the upholstery variant. This is Mercedes durable impression of real leather made for Cabs / Taxis. So this is probably really ment to be a cab. The yellow color with the black mirrors and rims fit that theme very well.

Well, having a MB as a work vehicle. I KNOW WHY THIS ONE IS PAINTED YELLOW. Scotty says if you drive a German car. LEASE. DO NOT BUY. He also says they are endless money pits. Good thing for me is I am too poor to drive German. Is why I drive Toyota.

This car is what I call a fashion car. It will be in trend during a few seasons. A lot of people will probably lease it but in2-3 years you wont see it. You really have to get a C-Class. I hate the Mercedes gear selector though, its utter rubbish

Ok I understand that technology is important but this is just getting ridiculous. I don't care how many themes I can make while I'm driving. Just say that the car has a computer with a bunch of gadgets and then get to the actual car.
