Scotty, Here's Why I Don't Trust Toyota Anymore, I bought a brand new 2017 Toyota Yaris IA with 34 miles on it. I got all the free maintenance done on time and was very happy. Then my check engine light came on at 33, 000 miles. The code was P0301, which is a misfire on the number one cylinder as you know. I took it to the dealer where i bought it and they could not figure out what was the problem. I then took it to another dealer and left it overnight, so they could feel the vibration of the engine while it was cold. Both dealers acknowledged the code. The second dealer put in the invoice to me, DIAGNOSIS IS INCONCLUSIVE HAVE CUSTOMER MONITOR AND ADVISE. Now my car is out of warranty when it wasn't when I took it to both dealers. I bought a Toyota because I had a 1991 Toyota Previa and it had 350, 000 miles on it when it got totaled. I wanted the longevity Now I'm stuck with a Toyota (Mazda) that is a piece of crap Because of my experience, I will never buy a Toyota ever again. Honda Civic Here I come

Bad fuel pump made by Denso. The fuel pumps impellers can deform due to excessive fuel absorption. Sounds like poor quality. The Denso pumps can cause the vehicles to run rough and stall, typically at speeds below 20 mph. The pump may quit and the engine will stall. Toyota will replace the fuel pumps starting in May. Models in the recall. 2018 and 2019 Toyota Avalon, Camry, Corolla, Highlander, Sequoia, Tacoma and Tundra vehicles, as well as the 2018 and 2019 Lexus ES 350, GS 350, IS 300, IS 350, LC 500, LC 500h, LS 500, LS 500h, RC 300, RC 350, RX 350L. Also covered are the 2013-2015 Lexus LS 460, the 2013-2014 Lexus GS 350, the 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser and Lexus IS-F, the 2014-2015 Toyota 4Runner and Land Cruiser and Lexus GX 460, IS 350 and LX 570. Other vehicles include the 2015 Lexus NX 200t and RC 350, the 2017 Lexus IS 200t and RC 200t, the 2017-2019 Toyota Sienna and Lexus RX 350, and the 2018 Lexus GS 300.

Wanted to mention my experience with Carvana. I picked out an older model 3 series BMW. I already knew what could potentially happen. 335I. They sent it over and man -- did it look beautiful. But I found the mechanics paperwork in the glovebox. It showed that my own inspection held true. Carvana bought the car for about 2k at auction and spend 7-9k on cosmetic upgrades and repairs. It seems the car sideswiped something, or hit a deer. Who knows? The carfax of course is clean. But the car burns coolant and oil - needs new seals, a new turbo (Seal is likely busted on the backside, most of the electronics don't work. Also the number they gave me for their warranty service, Care #, is actually the number for their 3rd party advertising agent. Lol. She called me back and wondered what was going on. They are picking this junk up tomorrow. The asking price was 13k.

Scotty, 11 months ago I purchased a 2010 Infiniti G37x with 65k miles for 10. 5k. It now has 90k miles and Ive had to do no major maintenance besides oil and filter and new tires. The right front wheel makes a squealing noise when I turn to the left. Is this the brake pads getting low? Should I consider replacing the rotors when I replace brake pads? I purchased the car because I read numerous testimonies of 250k miles with minimum maintenance. Coming from a 2012 Ford Focus that needed the CVT changed every 10 months, that was the main selling point for me.

It's no wonder why your wife would give you away for 500 million, you've got all these great features going for you but your potty mouth and being half-blind stops you from being priceless. Also, mechanics tend to become endless money pits once they go past 65; if I were your wife id try getting some DIY aging treatments or just end up junking the whole marriage because even if you have supplimental policies medicare won't even cover half of what it costs to maintain and fix a honest mechanic.

Here is an explanation from Australia media: The impeller inside the fuel pump was exposed to production solvent drying for longer periods of time, and so higher levels of surface cracking may occur. This may cause excessive fuel absorption to occur, resulting in impeller deformation. In some cases, the impeller may deform to a point that creates interference with the fuel pump body, which may cause the fuel pump to become inoperative. Improved fuel pumps to be fitted free of charge.

I can tell that is hurts Uncle Scotty to trash talk Toyota because he's been advocating for them since the dawn of mankind. Scotty can't believe that good old Toyota especially his favorite car of all time the Corolla. Next video, he will telling everyone that Kia and Hyundai are coming up with great vehicles since it's now evidence that no manufacturer is perfect contrary to popular belief, not even Toyota.

I feel like they taking poor people's money by selling in the name of reliable scamming. Toyotas reliability has gone. Its all just a bunch of crap. Even the body parts, all are cheap plastic. I lost my faith in Toyota reliability
