How can you say it will be over when the virus hasnt left. With this kind of mentality the virus will never leave the suns heat wont protect you or your family or the people protesting to open. There is no proven cure, there is no vaccine but the only proven thing is stay at home til it passes. Now because of people like you who lack common sense we all have to go out in public because you dont care about the virus. What about those of us who know this virus is no joke. Hopefully deaths surge once opened so that you may learn your lesson. Stick to cars, you and those like you know nothing about the virus but for us who know, we know the only way is to stay home inside. The economy can be rebuilt everytging man made can be made again by man but individual lives of our loved ones and those we care for will not be made again by man. If you people want to lift the lockdown be prepared to be back on LOCKDOWN again. And when it does happen again please dont argue just stay at home and learn from your mistakes

Sorry Scotty, I can't agree with your tire advice. We live in Phoenix and I had 7 year old quality, name brand tires on my pickup with only 5k miles on them (long story) and they looked great with no cracks what-so-ever. Driving along at 65 MPH one evening, BANG, front tire blows out. Not fun at 10 PM changing a tire at the side of the freeway. Tires my look great, but, depending on where you live, maybe, adhere to the 6 years old and time to get new tires rule may be advisable.

Scotty should I buy a hybrid car, a used 2006-2009 Lexus GS450h with 120-130k miles for 7000-9000 Euro or spend double the money and get a new Toyota Corolla 1. 8 hybrid system for 18000 Euro? I would've wanted to get a Lexus GS300, but the taxes are too high here in Romania. I don't drive much, about 3000-4000 miles a year, so I don't know if it's worth paying more than 1 grand for the new hybrid vehicle.

Scotty I gotta disagree with you about tires. External cracking can't always tell you if a tire is safe, especially if that tire has been stored indoors for a long time. I've seen an old tire that visually looked brand new just shred itself going down the highway. A five year old tire that's not cracked might be fine but I wouldn't drive a ten year old tire no matter how it looked.

I just replaced the drums on my '06 Corolla and the center hole was. 5 mm too big on the new ones, so when they rotated 180 degrees the total runout was 1 mm. This was enough to cause a pulse at the brake pedal. I got my money back, but I had to explain to the parts guys how this is a problem. I don't know how common the problem is, but since they're mass produced.

Scotty, I have a 1992 Ford F250 2wd long bed with a 5. 0 engine. The transmission is bad. My 1985 Ford F150 2wd short bed engine has gone bad, so is most of the truck. It was a city truck here in Eastern Tennessee. It has a Jasper c6 transmission in it, i want to put the c6 into the F250. What problems am I going to have? Thanks David.

Questions Scotty's Great Great Great Grandfather got. Rev up your horses. Question. Scotty when my wagon hits 15mph on the trail the front seems to vibrate and sway. Answer. That's probably a front axle that's going bad. Grab either front wheel in the ten o'clock and 2 o'clock position and tug it. If theres play then it needs replacing.

I'm going to miss the clearer roads. my god it was beautiful. Also me buying used now, is barely any different then buying used before. I mean savings are savings, but the price differences sure as sunshine don't look like a pandemic just swept through the place. A lot new car incentives, but i'm not that desperate.
