Toyota Just Made the Best BMW Ever Murse: The BMW Z4 does not have two turbos it has one single twin scroll turbo marketed as twin power lol they have not had two turbos on there straight six engines with the exception of the M Specific S series engines since the n54. The single turbo sounds like a good idea.
Anyway I think this is a very good car. The engine is good but it will probably have some issues to be solved at some point. Some have reported coolant loss. The vanos solenoids could wear down at about 80k miles
It s also full of plastic crap. (Actually is good quality thermo plastic but it s not as good as forged/billet aluminium alloy.
The head cover and intake manifold is plastic crap as well. It will probably develop some leaks after 10y, 100k
The direct injection means carbon buildup is inevitable although it has an oil separator and recuperator and it burns the fuel efficiently to reduce it to minimum.

If Scotty's not a fanboy of Toyota why goes he not do a review of the Infinite Q60 Red Sport 3. 0 t. The Q 60 you can drive at highway speeds without massive buffering noise. Look online to see funny home fixes to overcome the noise. Hey Scotty you can try the sleeper model that can be the Supra TOO. Its called the Q50 Red Sport that uses four doors to propel it past the Supra.
What is your take on the buffering noise built into a 60k BMW/Toyota? Credibility at stake out of site out of mind. Can you turn the exhaust note up a little to over come the buffering noise or do you just keep the windows rolled up?

Are you high on crack? That s a 100% BMW and now it s a good car because has a Toyota badge on it? Second of all The H-P is not effecting 0to 60 only. Just have one more person in car and you see the difference, or going up hill or from 10 to 60 or 40 to 80 in the freeway and then you see a very big difference in the horsepower! You just like Toyota. Some ppl are Apple sheep you are Toyota Sheep.

Scotty. Your wrong. Neither the 20 or 21 z4 has twin turbos. And the 21 supra doesn't either. They have twin scroll. But a single turbo. Same as the 20 supra. The difference is the 20 supra used the b58c motor and the 20 z4 used the b58d. Now both for 21 will use the b58d. Main difference is the number of exhaust header ports.

Scotty, both Supra and Z4 are twin turbo.
The Supra was dynoed at 335 HP and over 400 torque to the wheels, not crank. It was rated as less HP because the BMW costs about 20k more, so BMW was afraid no one would buy its Z4 if you could get basically the same car for way less money in a Supra.

Both the Supra and the Z4 six-cylinder engines are single turbo, the power difference is due to different turbo sizes and tuning. The twin turbo versions of these engines are found only in the M3 and Z3/4 M. Also, the Z4 is no longer a hardtop convertible: it's now a classic soft top.

Scotty has a secret. This is actually his Supra. That is why he is spending two programs on it. He is getting tired of being teased about his Celica. Scotty keeps thinking about that 150+ MPH. I also hear he is taking an on line course in german, Technological marvel!

Hey Scotty I purchased a new 2020 ford focus and I just got my first oil change in March. But the thing is the next time I go for another one they predicted the milage of the car and next due date but which one shall I go by first? The mileage I use up or the due date?
