Here s Why Car Prices are About to Plummet in America White: Don't buy a new car, the repair cost will be more than the car. Parts will be almost impossible to get, the price of Parts will be ridiculously high because they're all made in China. The quality of the Parts will be poor.
The resale value will be nothing due to the poor quality and major problems that will develop.

I own one of those 2005 Venture turds. A new one sucks and an old one is worse. Basically any 3. x engine is a leaky quirky pain in the arse. And the rest of the turd is falling apart. Can t even give it away and a dealer told me they would give me 150 trade in.
I would take an older Dodge Grand Caravan or T&C any day over a Venture. I ve put over 400k+ on three of them and then gave them away in good working condition and got another one super cheap to do the same thing. Rust is the biggest enemy and regular maintenace is always required. But I ll never ever have another Venture.

My wife recently totalled our Mazda CX5, with the insurance payout check we bought a 2017 Acura RDX 6 cylinder which was a year newer than the Mazda what a difference, I will never buy another 4 cylinder auto again especially a turbo, this auto is 5X the vehicle the Mazda was. You can t buy a 6 cylinder RDX since 2019 so I will keep this till I drop dead or the car does.

Scotty I got a Toyota Celica 98 2. 2L GT.
I'm working it up and I'm almost done fixing it, just have to do the alignment and fix the spindles and finally get it up running. I got it in high school, sold it and bought it back from the buyer, funny thing is that the buyer was looking to sell it to us back at the same time.

Hey Scotty, I was looking into the toyota venza's that you talked about in one of you videos. I live in California and ive only been finding ones that have 100k to 160k miles. But they're asking for 18k to 13k, I still think I can get something a lot better for that amount of money. Just wanted to keep you in the loop.

V8's are dead, along with all ICE (oh sure some will be sold for a long time but in mass nope. Some trying to hold on to it will go hybrid which will be a good compromise for a few. But for the mass BEV's are the future. Us old men are scared of change, don't be a snow flake and accept the change.

No one is buying Cars. I sell vehicles for a living. Trucks and Suv prices are skyrocketing. Car prices are in the gutter. You are right about the ford turbo ecoboost.
Personally I am holding out for ram to make a Cummins hybrid diesel with flame throwers.

I respect you a ton Scotty but China is communist is because citizens cannot speak their free wide spread opinion without fear of torture and death, also no opportunity to grow financially as an individual person as you would in America for say.

Scotty, love your show, but PLEASE try not to sound to giddy about China selling cars here. We don't need anything from China, period. I know it's not entirely possible to eliminate their presence, but we don't need to help make it inevitable!
