It is so wonderful to see the help Nicole's cousin gave with the house building. Jake looked like he was energized by having the help of a new skilled tradesperson on the site, and Nicole, I bet your cousin learned a few cool new things while he was there as well.
Speaking of knowledge and skills. Fox has learned so many new words and is eager to help out and taste-test all the garden goodies. It is soooo cute! I love that you both engage him with the tasks that you are doing so he learns at a really young age the value and rewards of hard work and appreciation of nature.
Looks like you might be getting Komorebi ready for the journey to your bugout property in Hawaii soon. Do the foods you pickle, can, smoke, freeze, or otherwise preserve, aid in the spring when you return to have food that can tide you over while you plant the next year's crop, or are there foods that continue growing during the winter that you are able to consume upon your return?

The indigenous peoples of the area should be honored in naming the home and possible the place Salmon-Wykanush in some of their culture there. Indeed the importance to the environment of them feeds the tributaries were their born and return to spawn is symbiotic more than just food. Next to the Beaver almost no other animal has changed the environment as they have just by its life cycle and in way both you are doing the same as well.

My daughter uses my account so hopefully that explains the account this is coming from. I have a very keen sense of energy and I wanted to tell Nicole a few things. I don t want to make this too long, so I ll just start with one thing; Nicole, you are loved, and you are safe. I know that you are hurting and it doesn t go unnoticed, neither do your prayers. This too shall pass. Let peace be still. Take two weeks to yourself.

The dogs are so cute together. So many in here are not very observant. Many are asking about the one dog they presume to be missing. No dogs are missing. You all might need to rewatch the video. I saw them both together happily walking around inside the new container house plus together on the deck, plus in the garden. You can only see the head of one dog in the garden while the other dog is fully seen

would like to know how you keep the Bears away or what you do if you are outside walking and one is nearby. I know they have to be abundant there. We have lots of Black Bears here where
I live. But want to start traveling and go off grid. And do some hiking trails but afraid of what I may run across in the Wild.

Wish I had parents like you both, you both give off confidence, learning and love. never had that.
People say they are theyre just like their parents. I'm not.
Teachings should begin at home, if that were the case I'd be mysognistic and shouting all the time.
Got a cancer free diagnosis last Tuesday

You need to do a proof of life photo for your dogs, at the beginning of each video. Even though they're both clearly visible in each video, a lot of folks in the comments section cant see them. Maybe it's a genetic defect that only allows them to see one dog at a time

Wow I thought you would of had your own sawmill by now or your just stubborn person that loves pain. You have a small rubber tire loader with a small backhoe So where is the sawmill? Don't you have one at the Yurt or was I dreaming.

Hello Jake and Nicole is the garlic hard neck or soft neck? When did you harvest all of this? I harvest garlic in July. I plant it in October. Thank you beautiful harvest and beautiful windows and frames. Bless you take care.

Do your cats & dogs get any of the fish? You must know cats love of fish. If you boil the scraps your dogs can eat them too. As the bones will soften. Then raise chicken's & you will use the total fish

Major builders tip from an old contractor. Build your front porch and stairs before you do anything else. During your build you will go in and out about 90 million times. Convenience and SAFETY!
