A couple thoughts:
1) If you could slim down the components, you could fit this into a replacement Switch Lite shell, on Amazon or eBay for about 35.
2) Regarding your voiceover, it's a bit annoying to hear you gasp for air every few seconds.

This is fantastic. I love the design and the build quality is awesome. A retro/Win combi device is exactly what the community needs. USB type C is indeed the best choice. Awesome build and thanks for sharing.

The extra touch screen was unnecessary since there are display with touch which connect directly to latte panda and without external power. This way it could be thinner.
