It's unfortunate indians invaded and converted to other religions from middle East. Our native religions (Hinduism and Buddhism) are more Philosophical(telling you are the god, which is true) and organic. People have been converted by violence, power, brutality and still they are accepting same religion. -

Muslim are always converting hindus by forcing since 1204 AD. Bangali hindu and Buddhist are always peaceful community here. When barbaric Ekteer uddin Bokteer khilji came at 1204 in Bengal he conquered Hindu and Buddhist Bangle by forcefully. Still now they are converting by creating pressure, torchure etc.
