Whether it's love or friendship, here are 6 tips to help you be more opened. Check out our relationship Mitzy: I loved this video and shared it with my friends who are looking for a healthier relationship or just to improve the one they have now. I have almost 11 years with my partner and are the happiest since I met him and we allow each other to be our best friends first and then realized that we were attracted to each other and we cannot hide it anymore. If you're starting an special relationship with your significant other or if like me you have a few years on it, remembering this small details will help.

For some reason this video hit me harder than the usual stuff you post. Maybe it was the particular art style, the strong expressions, and the different from usual music in the background but somehow this was extra interesting and impactful. I quite liked this
I still struggle between being vunerable and co-dependent but I'm trying to get by without being too reliant on my darling. It's not going well. ._. ;)
Thank you for this video though! It's really great

1. Admit and own up to your mistakes
2. Listen to your partners needs and difficulties without being quick to fix.
3. Learn to let go of your control. Let your partner make decisions and take lead too.
4. Hold on to who you are without allowing shame or embarrassment to stop you from being real.
5. Check in with reality. Are you emotions in line with what's really happening?
6. Help your partner feel safe. It's not just about your vulnerability.

Yo! I have a huge crush on a girl in my school. She is currently in a long distance relationship with her boyfriend but I somehow just can't seem to get her off my mind. How do I get rid of this feeling? I can't focus on my work, and I feel like I'm becoming stalker-ish as well. I read an article that told me to just confess but that's just something that is out of this world for me.

I've been cold in relationships because I can't bring myself to display a level of deep vulnerability and share my feelings. Might be upbringing. Might be a reaction to previous relationships. I don't think I've ever gotten it right.
I think my subconscious would prefer the loneliness of cutting off the relationship altogether to the possibility of being open to pain.

I'm not gonna lie, this video was hard to watch but I forced myself to sit through it. I am in a relationship that at this current time has become emotion abusive for me but I can't let go because I know she is not doing it on purpose. The reason this was hard to watch was because she is so closed off to me and after 3 years I don't know what to do.

I know this has not much to do with the video but I don't know what to do to help me calm down. My boyfriend is getting surgery on his back for his scoliosis on the 12th and I can't shake the feeling something horrible is going to happen despite knowing his surgeon was the number 1 in his state for a few years, any tips?

What if this is the other way around? I don't know what to do, because my partneris very anxious, and makes me break every of these 6 facts against my own will. And now I can't even let go of her, as she relies on suicide. I've tried to get her help, but all she does is push me away. Any videos to this topic?

Me and my boyfriend haven't talked in a while. We used to talk all the time and hang out but it seems likes he's avoiding me. I've asked him if anything's wrong and if I've done anything but all I got was a shrug. Any ideas on what I should do/what's going on?

I really don't know what's holding my heart back.

Being vulnerable is hard. You should get ready to get hurt, a lot of time. But don't let ugly people and painfull experience scare you out of the amazing feeling of giving yourself to someone.

The nice thing about this is thsat if you change it up a little, it can apply to friendships too! I had to do that, since love isn't a big part of my life right now. Thanks, this helped me a lot!

Been with my husband for 7 yrs now and this is still a good reminder. I have to constantly remind myself that it's okay to be vulnerable. It's a huge habit for me to keep people out.
