Tips from experience guys:
1) Eyes: master using ur eyes. Trust. Whether its siren eyes doe eyes the triangle trick, its a must have skill.
2) not the best advice but if ur desperate, find a common thing about girls hes liked in the past, try to be like it.
3) challenge ur crush, esp if its a guy: whether its proving that hes good at something, or proving that he can do something. U can use this to also see if he cares.
Rlly dont recommend no. 2 but it works so only use if ur desperate af

I just feel more comfortable (and lady-like) crossing my ankles at least, but if there is someone I am particularly comfortable with, I would be relaxed otherwise. like I would have my ankles crossed while sitting down, but would have my hands down or make sure my drink is to the side and not between myself and that person. Everything else about me would let that person know I am comfortable with him.
