There was a guy I knew for a bit who now that I look back on it is kinda an asshole, every single day he would be the hero in a new Argument stopping it in its tracks. Half the time the argument that was happening was as simple as Well I prefer this weapon because it does more damage (In a videogame) or I think Dude can be used to address a woman, I mean I have a friend who is a girl and she is fine with it and then when I tried to explain what I think was happening in the situation and how I saw what was going on and tried to fix the situation he said and I quote My man this is what i'm talking about u immediately respond with a debate trying to blame me for the entire situation. Throughout the entire time I was around him I never heard or saw him admit he made a mistake, it was always someone else's fault even when he was the one who made everything into a way bigger deal than it needs to be. While I was trying to figure out why we weren't getting along he was yelling there is nothing to figure out, what are u talking about. I say Really? I thought movement speed with this item was a bit slower. and he says Well Atlas said it so it must be law! Thankfully i'm away from him now, screw that guy.
TL; DR Was around a guy who would call every minor difference in opinion a big debate and argument, then when I try and explain why I think we weren't getting along he said I was starting a big debate. He also never accepted fault and would cast blame on everyone.

I had a friend who was the kid with a lot of money. sure I was jealous because my family was poor but I'd always end up reminding myself how lucky I was to be friends with someone who always had better stuff then me. She could have easily be one of the popular kids if she wanted to work at it but instead she never acted or dressed the part. Half the time I'd go to hang out with her and I'd be like Whoa I didn't know you had a trampoline. game console, movie theater, etc. She would just shrug then we would enjoy doing things together. I never once thought about taking advantage of my friend like other people would try to. Guess she knew deep down that if people knew she had cool stuff they would only want to hang out with her just to hang out with her game console, ect. I wasn't the smartest kid growing up, but my loyalty to my friend overridden my fascination of expensive things. Though we didn't mention it to each other, I am pretty sure we appreciated more of the small things. Were we still friends to this day I am sure we could joke about how fun it would be if we could switch places. Though the pressure of being perfect would probably get to me pretty quick. I haven't seen her since grade school though like a lot of my old friends. I hope she is doing okay and that she's continued to be awesome.

I see a bit of number 5 with my younger sister. My mom and I remind her to pick up after herself and not stay up too late, but she barely listens. Everywhere she goes she leaves a huge mess. Even our living room is full of her junk. Notebooks, crayons, slime, you name it, it's there. Ugh.
But that might just be her autism or SEVERE adhd. Me, her, and my older sister are on the spectrum, and we all struggle with certain tasks (I get overwhelmed when I have to wash the dishes) So I try not to get too annoyed. But man, it's exhausting. I have to do most of the work because I can't count on either of them. My older sister is severely autistic, and my younger sister is too stuck in her own little bubble to really do anything.
I just wish I had someone to rely on. Or at least my own space. Cuz I know I can rely on myself to get the work done. I learned that when my younger sister was away in our hometown this summer. As long as I have a quiet space to breathe and think, I can finish anything you put in front of me.

I used to have a friend who was just across the street from me and extremely self centered but I didn't really notice how self centered she was and how much I hated it. After a while of being friends with her my parents started telling me how she wasn't a very good friend but I ignored that becayse she had been my friend for years but I started to notice just how self centered she was and eventually stopped being friends with her. She won't leave me alone though, she'll do about anything to be my friend again. One time I happened to befriend one of her friends and apparently she asked that friend to take her to my house so she could talk to me about being my friend again even though I made it very clear I don't want anything to do with her. Sometimes I catch her staring at me through her window when I'm outside and it's really creepy TwT

Yeahp. Avoid people like them as soon as possible. And if you notice you're becoming the person you are avoiding. You know what do to make yourself a better person.
1) Stop invalidating people.
2) Stop bragging about you or your achievements while dragging others down just to elevate your self.
3) Stop being self-centred.
4) Stop judging people.
5) Stop being a self-destructive person.
6) Stop being a FAKE FRIEND, RELATIVE or a colleague.
7) Stop being a manipulative hole and stop being a toxic person.
8) Stop being so dramatic and stop gossiping.
(You know gossip in tagalog we call it chismis)

A true friend or two would be enough, since sometimes, you need outlet of your problems as well: someone who will listen to you, not to judge you, someone who's willing to involve themselves when you have problems, someone who supports your goals and encourages you, someone that makes you feel warmth when they're around, and someone who you can count on.
I'm glad that I've experienced having one, but he passed away at his young age. I really am hoping I will find another one that I could give my trust, with them taking care of it atleast.

Met an ex-classmate who out of the blue:
1. claimed that he's wearing a cheaper $200 watch now because he kept his other more expensive $1000 watch at home because it did not have auto winding, i sensed showing off.
2. claimed that he enjoy picking free fruits from national park while having to fight with others who did the same, i called that cheapskate.
3. claimed that i'm fat because he is thinner, i sensed putting down others to make himself feel good.
Not going to associate myself with him anymore.

I personally avoid people who have issues with their filter. When my friend told me her husband sometimes forgets his filter, I chose to avoid and ignore him. I told her we should only hang out when he's not around. I don't believe in giving filter-lacking people a chance. I never talk to them, because I think they're slime who are totally defined by their verbal errors and poor social skills. You say the wrong things, you stay away from me.

agree, but I do think if you have a friend that is going through a rough time or depresion. it is not good to avoid them: 1 you feel better with yourself. 2 you help your friend (as long as they also help themselves and want to get better, if not it is exausting. 3 there is to much loneliness in this world with new generations because of avoiding so we are happy and then you need someone and you find yourself alone

I think that everyone has a few of those traits but it's unrealistic to avoid everyone. There's a healthy balance to everything so if the person is willing to work and improve, there's no need to avoid them or think that others should avoid you. If that person is unwilling to change or doesn't think they are wrong, then you should definitely consider distancing yourself

I definitely had that one friend who was very self destructive. I had 2 actually. It was extremely exhausting to have to keep coming to their rescue, and they always ignore any advice I give them. They both ended up leaving, which, to be honest, has been a relief even if it was painful that they just kinda left despite everything I did for them.

Shit I'm a One-upper. I guess cause I never had the nicest things when I was younger so I never wanted to be left behind with older or crappier stuff. Everyone was always better than me at everything and always had nicer things, so once I got more freedom and a job, I used that to try and get nice things

I totally agree; I was in a situation at work. My doctor had me see a cardiologist and a psychiatrist because of the anxiety it caused. All said that if the supervisors don't help me, LEAVE. I left. And never went back. I couldn't put in a two week because I was scared.

I needed to listen to this. I have a toxic person whom Im healing from and I need to get rid of fully. I found of she physically harms others and I ended up fearing my own death at work. The conviction in my mind and body is true and I need to trust it.

It used to be hard for me to avoid people growing up, because a lot of people would bypass it and it was so annoying. I used to struggle with avoiding people I didnt like for years. And I believe a year ago I gotten pretty much better at avoiding people.

Am so sure i myself has flaws but for some reason, am really seeing such things only to others and not on me. Am i too narcisssistic for saying this. or just too fluid and able to really adjust to people regardless of their personality

If you tend to avoid the ones you feel you should avoid, it's a good sign you do! If you get a bad vibe from anyone then that'll tell you too you dont actually need everyone into your life
