Well, I uh guess you did there is nothing I can really do about it than just tell you what I try and do to calm myself.
When I cry I hyperventilate and it is very difficult for me to calm down I usually have to drink water but sometimes I have hyperventilated and I nearly choked on my water. But enough about that I suggested every night or whenever you feel upset or just negative.
Let out all your emotions, whether it be listening to sad music while crying or screaming into a pillow. Do whatever it takes to let it out (of course don't do something such as hurt yourself or others, in any way shape or form) And then lay down or sit and breathe, it sounds cliche, I ko=now but it helps.
In through your nose out through your mouth, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Repeat this for as long as you need and then just do relaxing things such as drawing, listening to music, singing or even playing a calming game.
I have to go now I might comment on this but bye for now.

Here, I might agree with numbers 5 and 6. I'm currently a student at university whose degree program is a Bachelor's Degree (Science) in Information Technology. While I am happy that I got through first term (since my university has a quarter system) all with passing grades, it's only one more week until Christmas break. I feel that I might struggle with my workload and it does not help since the following week means I got to study for exams in five out of seven subjects. There is the obvious worry that I'm gonna fail the first half of second term and I might not be able to make up for it.

Nah I'm fine I mean school makes me cry because I'm so stressed and I work so hard but still fail and yes I may sleep all day and stay up all night and not eat or drink unless it's 100% and yes I might have random headaches and armacges and legaches and I cant remember to do stuff or stuff that's important and I can't remember the last time I went outside or took a shower but like that's just who I am the creepy kid that stays in their room all day and never talks to anyone

Actually, I feel like I have anxiety, I get disturbed so easily and I already had anxiety attacks, but my parents, even if I told them many times I want to go to the psycologist, they still deny it and say that the psychologist only says yes to all the things I say, when the first time I went to the psychologist she just listened to me, made me draw something and make a story to know my thoughts, and be another way for me to see the world.

So you know how EXPENSIVE therapy is? I asked my mom to go to a therapist a few months ago I think. She said she but then we never brought it up again. I think she thinks I was being dramatic cause I never brought it up again, but in reality I just don't care about myself enough to try again, and DAMN it's expensive

I have never overcome that last one
Even even when things are fine, im fine, everything is fine
A voice allways tells me in not worth it, i dont deserve anithing, everyone hates me and ill die alone
I keep it at bay now, but i have never over come it cause at the end

I'm better now, but school was the most stressful for me, especially middle school. The homework, the lectures, the classmates, you get the idea. Sometimes the niceness that you show to others comes at the expense of your own happiness and well-being. Some students seek to take advantage of your kindness and use your good nature against you. I have always been forgetful
But lately I been experienced deja vu, I once knew exactly where we were and what was near, it was my first time there. I always forget if I turned something important in just a few moments later. These have become very common

I do felt most of the time that i am worthless. and most of my colleagues says my favorite word is no coz i always says no when they asked me if i wanna hang out with them. i used my kids as an excuse but the reality is i felt more bad about myself when im around them.
