Are you suffering from anxiety? Feeling anxiety is completely normal in isolated circumstances, but becomes a problem when these feelings grow more frequent and overpowering. While we generally can recognize the more telltale signs, there are many others that often go unnoticed

Right now Im going through a really bad bout of anxiety and depression. Of course it has to do with my relationship with my girlfriend. We got into a disagreement about a month ago. She felt I was being distant and short when answering her texts. I was playing a video game and didnt realize she texted me. So it kind of escalated from there. Now she has been distant and wants her space. Its been like this for a few weeks. Plus when she answers my texts only once in a while will I get a full on sentence or paragraph. other than that its pretty much just one worded responses. She hasnt been affectionate or wanted to be intimate in weeks. I miss it so much. I miss her. I just want things to feel normal again. Ive done so many things to show that Im sorry for everything. I just want to feel loved again.

I actually have 5 out of these 6 signs.
When I went to my dentist last time she noticed fractures in my posterior teeth, so I told her about the grinding and clenching I have through the day and jaw pain. She immediately noticed that sth was wrong, and she asked me about how stressful is my life etc.
I am stressed about everything in life, regardless of how small people would see it. I feel many people face that issue because of the world's expectations of every person to be special, successful and the best in their career and life, which is unrealistic!
However, because of that demand and overload many times we feel that we are behind and not able to catch-up which creates this psychological burden on us.

Sometimes I feel there is so much bottled emotions and wrong things within me mentally and emotionally that I feel I need the type of shrink in the movies that makes you remember stuff and cry your soul out and find some intrinsic trigger that caused all of these messed up stuff within me. It is so difficult because I do not know if what I have been going through is physical sickness that needs bloodtests or if it is mental/emotional. There are so many variables and possible reasons! I am so so tired, but I refuse to give up completely because we who suffer this need to survive, giving up is restful for us I know, but life is way bigger and brighter, and we deserve to push through!

Since i dont really know ill just ask here in the comment section.
I overthink a lot whenever i worry especially the future and what would happen.
It gets hard to breath like your suffocating.
My body shakes alot that i can barely type right.
I feel like crying like i wanna cry alot
My breathing is unsteady
And i cant decide properly. Earlier we had a project worth half score of the exams and the project i made you could say difficult since you still have to attach it to classroom.
That was when i started panicking
I couldn't decide who should i call what should i do. But i am sociable.
Is this normal?

I have anxiety that hits me every day. Regardless, I do my best to relax, and work through it. I remember something a lady that commented on a video that has to do with anxiety, and I'm grateful for it. She went to a psychologist, and he said, would you give these feelings of anxiety to someone you care about, or love? Of course you don't. Because it's cruel, and unusual. Keep that in mind, and it will cut your anxiety back, stopping it up short. I generally listen to music, or ambiance videos.

I cry A LOT! If someone is trying to tell me something that I dont understand in school. I cry. Than when I need to go to the next class I try to stop crying. But the tought of everyone staring at me when I walk in crying makes me cry more. My mom says I'm sensitive and I am to hard on my self. But I know its more. Sometimes I'm just mad at everyone. If I get frudtrated i end up breaking things, than I get mad at myself for breaking them. Amd I worry a lot. PS I loved the drawings!

I really do feel like I should talk to a tharapist, but I had a bad experience with one and my note get leaked to the people I needed to go to therapy for.
So I have a lot of trust issues with therapists.
I often do find myself crying like the last one. Basically daily. Even small things can set me off and I never want people at work or in public to see that. It makes me embarrassed and emotionally, so it makes it even harder to stop from crying in those situations

My anxiety makes my whole body want to shut down and it impairs me from doing things, but I power through it so I can get shit done (most times half assedly) just so I can get away from the situation. But then afterwards my head runs through every scenario of how it could have gone, which makes me feel depressed and want to kill myself. And I'm not going to lie, those pills in my night stand are starting to look really tasty.

I soothe myself by telling that i am not a kid anymore and I should not care about these feelings and that is how I stop myself from crying. And sometimes when that doesn't work I sit in a dark room when no ones in the house and then allow myself to cry for a little and just pat on my shoulders as if someone is comforting me. Sometimes idk even know why I am crying.

I had to get a guard for my teeth I was grinding so much, I didnt even know I did that till I graduated animation school. After all my classes were done, the next day I was in tremendous pain. Apparently I had been grinding my teeth for years and never knew! And most of these symptoms do match up with my anxiety so yep psych2go you guys denfinetly do a good job

fun fact: Turns out that clenching your teeth, can cause neck pain. This is caused by the fact that neurons that are connected to your jaws, are (via your brainstem) connected to the 4 most upper spinal vertebrae. If you experience this, you can train your jaw before sleeping, to ease the stress. the more you know

Honestly, I grind my teeth a lot, and I'm trying to stop. My tooth also started hurting a few days ago, and I'm not really sure what the cause is. Luckily I have a dentist appointment in a couple of days, so I'll find out soon. Hopefully it's not a cavity or anything, but I just want to know

Hey. What about suddenly shivering when you think of something frustrating or stressful? Also, what about unconsciously clinging onto things with your nails, like for example digging your nails into your skin

I remember that few years ago I suffered from anxiety and I was really easily getting irritated because of this and I feel it was killing my relationships with friends. Really terrible feeling.
