My gf recently broke up with me 2 days ago and I'm grieving about it so much it hurts. We've been together for almost 3 years and we've been so happy spending time together. She's the most sweetest, kindest, talented and prettiest girl I ever fell in love with and I swore to my heart to never leave her no matter what happened. I did have some bad habits and hurt her in the past. like, if she accidentally keeps falling asleep and not replying to me quickly, I get salty about it. When she makes a small mistake, I also get mad but I left that behavior behind me and i was able to change for the better for her and we were happy after that. I gave her everything I could, I loved her, I comforted her, I supported her and made her life a bit better than her exes did. One day, she apologized to me and wanted to break up cuz she felt like she wasn't good enough for me and that she doesn't deserve to be with me. I managed to prevent her from breaking up with me by talking her through it and we were good for another week. She was distant from me for 3 days cuz she always said that her body was sore and that she needed more sleep, idk if she made that excuse to avoid me but I let her rest anyway. Until the other day. she apologized again and said that she doesn't feel it between us anymore. As if her love for me simply vanished, I understand that Online relationships are kinda hard cuz the things we can do are limited. but I felt the same way about her before. I felt like as if I wasn't too in love with my gf like before, but I never broke up with her cuz I never wanted to hurt her heart. But she however. did the exact opposite. I'm still hoping she'd still come back because she keeps saying I deserve better even though all I want is her. It's currently day 3 now.

Hmm. Liking and commenting on social media suddenly. an old flame of about 20 years did this recently. Liked a few of my posts and did a jaw drop emoji on one of my profile photos. Didn't say anything tho. We haven't spoken in a few years and last time we did, I really had no idea if this was just an attempt to be friends or more or what. I've secretly have been carrying around my feelings for this person for 20 years and now since all this liking on my social media suddenly, I can't stop thinking of her. Everyone I've asked advice about this said to just ignore it because it doesn't mean for sure she is still interested. She might have just had a nostalgic moment and liked my posts and if it were more she would reach out. Any thoughts? I haven't reacted at all and not sure if I should have or not. Are my friends right? But what now? Maybe she thought I would make a move? I haven't because she was the one who cheated on me and broke up with me when we dated. But this was 20 years ago and we were kids. But still. My fear of rejection at the slightest bit of interest in her is still there. Any advice? Thanks.

My ex texted me if we wanted to meet up after a month and a half, we did, and she started improving herself, eating more healthy, fixing her sleep schedule and etc, we're friends again now, but I said I miss the older times when we were together and she said she can't trust me that I won't leave her again, I broke up with her for no good reason. I hope everything works out. It's was my first relationship, and I really loved her. I'm so broken rn, but she seemed like it didn't matter to her much, she wasn't mad. I'm not sure. Don't attract red flags into your life, you'll pay dearly for that. Sometimes you need to look at things from the outside perspective, you know what they say its difficult to see yourself in the picture if you're inside the frame. What I'm trying to say is that you need to realize that whatever happens to you in a relationship is blessing in disguise and its happening to mould you to be a better version of yourself well I've never known anyone to repeat a lesson unless they didn't get it the first time, in life we only progress we don't reprogress.
