Need help psy2go
So today in class
There was a kind of test game. Teacher divided us into groups of 10-15 and asked questions every group have to send 1 person for a couple of questions to answer and then the person changes (have to do it in front of whole class) my turn come and (I learned everything thing like when my friend asked me questions I answered them in seconds correctly) I was sure I will score highest points for my group but when I got there and the teacher to us (who were send) I could feel my legs kind of shaking and my heart rate increasing (I could feel it)
And I forget all that I have learned my brain was completely blank (I was really nervous) then
I don't answer anything and when I got to my seat and calm down (5 or 7 min later ) I realised that it was just a silly class game but if something like this happens in future (3to4 years from now) in a job interview or while doing something important it would be bad. I need tips to stay clam in situation where I have to do things in front of lot of people (I am a introvert INFJ) in situation where I am doing things where they are looking at me I feel really anxious

your videos are making me breakup a bit easier. i ended my relation with my gf after 6 years together the main issue in the relation was my lack of comunication with my personal problems i really liked her (and still do) i did wrong but avoiding to talk on certain subjects that were important to both of us and that led to us ending the relation due to getting more distant every year due to some problems we encounter. i wanna be a better person (i dont consider myself a bad person and not a bad bf. im supportive, love to listen and try to help other ones problems etc) but i face an issue that i dont talk about my life struggles and issues i keep everyhting to myself because i dont want to be annoying and worry others with my problems and that is not good with sharing a relation with another person.
im trying to learn with some videos you guys make and truly trying to improve on that aspect and maybe i can talk again with my ex and try to solve and fix our relation and try again and be more open with each other

A great video. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Dont fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Heres the #1 Things you ALWAYS should do or practice:
Positivity! Positivity can help you see more joy in life.
Gratitude! Giving to others and yourself can help your mental self feel replenished.
Connect! Connect with nature, you can balance your feelings and peace that way!
Meditation! You can become aware of your thoughts and emotions, like clouds in a sky.
Journaling your Feelings! Writing can help you find the solution and cause of your stress, steam, or anger and help you feel better!
Taking Care of your Body! Your mental wellness can boost if you take care of not just your mind, but your whole body. Regular sleep, exercise, and lots more can help you in so many ways!

How heavy is this glass of water?
. ..
Well, it doesn't matter how heavy it is.
This glass of water is our problems in life
Now, if you hold it for 10 minutes, your arm will begin to ache
If you hold it for an hour, your arm will weaken
If you hold it the whole day, your arm will be paralyzed
The more you hold on to it, the more it will worsen
Just like us, we can't move at all when we hold on to something not good for us
We just lie in our bed all day, and think about it all day long.
Now, if we put the glass of water down, our arm will feel much better
Don't hold on to something that makes you feel worse, put it down, and let it go

FOR THOSE WHO ASK ME ABOUT MEDITATION:
The secret of meditation is not trying to do anything.
Don't wait for your mind to be in silence.
simply be there and pay attention, just so you notice your sense of being.
And you should know you already a sense of being. It's not something you should to bring or learn, You born with it, it's within you.
Don't even try to become a being or to stop your thoughts. just don't engage with anything.
Listen and pay attention.
The more you practice the deeper you get there.
BE PATIENT.
Please ask me if you have other questions

To all people with no hope in life:
You won't experience something daily, one day may be bad and another may be good, you'll never know until you see it, so have hope and don't stress, if you get the thought of a day being bad your brain will get stressed and make it bad, either by doing something or just making you focus on the bad side even if there's just a little amount of little good things in your life, focus on them, It'll most likely make you feel better.
Remember life will give you battles, but don't give up.

I've tried journalling(had a blog) for some time and it really helps to understand yourself better and get rid of some thoughts. Also I try my best to think positive, but for me it's really hard because of self-esteem issues and maybe social awkwardness. As for other things, reading/listening to something interesting always distracts and calmes me down.
To everyone who's struggling with any kind of problems, know that it's all in your head and only you can make it better! So keep trying, you're not alone

I have a problem, I can't really see the good or the bad in society anymore, I only just see perspectives on what both of those even mean, I understand that good requires bad and bad requires good but how do we balance them? Is it all just chaos and you must find balance within it? I cannot be just nice to everyone, I feel that when I am really nice to a lot of people I end up being really mean to someone, can I stop that or is it just about finding people to be rude to? How does one tell?

I have a question, so I little while ago I told my mother that i think I have ADHD or anxiety or both even, but she just told me I need more sleep because that's what the therapist told my older brother, when he went to go get that checked and I wanted to know how much an improper sleep schedule or not getting enough sleep can effect your menlte state?

I've done almost all of this in my life but the one I just can't is journaling writing down what I feel is so complicated because of the many things that's happened in my life I find it best to just focus on other situations but this was still Abit helpful thx andrea: )

I came here to seek mental advice, not see nonsense about climate change. Humanity cannot decide how the world ends and humanity cannot prevent it, only God can.

Each day say thank you for just three things. Its easy to do and you might find yourself listing three things several times in one day. Try it now!

Have you ever tried journaling?
Yes, I have, and it went terribly as my privacy-not-respecting mum read my diary and almost outed me
