Depression is a leading cause of disability worldwide also known as one of the most common mental disorders. Discussing mental health remains as important as ever where celebrities open up about their mental health struggles. At times I feel low and guilty of self but then immediately I console myself that I shouldn't be.
As for my mental health, I sought help from a highly acclaimed Psychiatrist from the topmost Psychiatric Centre of India. After psychometric tests she is glad that I have made tremendous positive shift in mental health.
Reading self help books, hitting gym and focussing on self love has become prime concern.
Ever since I have made a hunk physique not only females but gents too get motivated and find ways to pick up a conversation.
From a survivor I have become a warrior. I used to encourage the same transformation in them then but they chose to be a survivor.
By looking at the fingers, physique etc and recognise them without looking at their face.
Yet they use my email id user name in an app to amuse themselves and others and they think I won't recognise them in pink, blue and cream dress.
I don't remember them but keep them in my prayers everyday.

I used to have anxiety and panic attacks then I got hooked on the fake marijuana everybody calls it K2 or whatever fake marijuana gave me such a hardcore panic attack and anxiety even though I would roll one up and know I was going to get a panic attack I had to smoke it anyways but then something strange happened after I quit doing fake marijuana the K2 it literally took my panic attacks and anxiety away but I did K2 for about the fake marijuana for about 3 or 4 years I don't know how but I did I hate that shit never want to do that shit again but it did take away my anxiety and panic attacks

I just stopped a guy from commiting suicide.
His long distance gf was gone for a bit, he was feeling lonely, extremely lonely. He came to me to talk and admitted how he was feeling, and what he'd tried to do.
He said he'd cut himself, that he didn't want to do it but he couldn't help himself. I gave him advice I learned from you guys and I was extremely happy to hear he'd already started watching psych2go
All that was long enough for his gf to step back into the picture and be there for him THANK YOU SO MUCH, for everything

Dwayne Johnson and Jim Carrey kinda surprised me, but at the same time I can see that they too went through hell themselves. Even the toughest and/or funniest guys arent immune to depression. I especially know this when it comes to Jim Carrey because of what happened to Robin Williams, another great comedian who unfortunately didnt survive his depression.
I hope that everyone who is still around along with their mental health problems will be okay and remain strong, despite everything this world throws at them

5 signs you might be depressed. mm I think it's fairly misleading, the video is about 5 individuals who live on an entire different level of reality speak about depression. Don't want to sound like a prick but I miss the point. Do not want to say that being rich and notorious is a game for everyone, but obviously those people have staffs, manager, can pay lot of therapy and so on. For one of their aphorism that made out to the surface there are millions suffering in silence.
Hope I hit the spot

All this advise is good unless you live in a country that is currently attacking its neighbour, is ruled by a crazy autocrat who has built a system of fear and violence and decided to sacrifice your economy, your population and your opportunities for the sake of his imagined imperial ambitions, and your choice is between emigration, prison or silence. Or worse. EVERYBODY is depressed in my circle, and I am the last one standing. Do I need to open up? To who, I wonder.
reply

Opening up is absolute BS and should be avoided at all costs. Maybe it's easy to find people to listen to your struggles when you are a popular celebrity, but doing so as a normal person earns you a quick trip to Shunsville. I am tired of moving on to new groups of people who don't give a damn and I refuse to tell my current group of friends anything (ANYTHING) about me. I will struggle alone until death finally smiles at me.

I have a great aunt and uncle (the great uncle was my paternal grandfather's brother) who are financially very successful.
My mother who grew up poor as a third of nine children and rural Montana always thought they had a miserable existence I don't think my mother ever suffered any major depression.
However, the first time my mother met my Great Aunt, she got drunk and started complaining about all of her problems.

If you don't have money or friends, be careful watching this. It isn't for you. The advice might make your depression a lot worse. Talking into an empty void and opening up to people who aren't invested in you makes isolation and depression worse. If you don't have money or insurance for meds, go watch a different video first, hopefully about what resources your local county health services might have.
Good luck

I could not wait for WW3 to begin. It is soon my fella's. When it becomes WW3, gas would be gone, cattle, swine, and fowl will be inflicted due to contamination within the confines of slaughter farms. Crops will die, water will dry, yada yada. Then what are we gonna do, have someone else deal with our problem while we ration stray canine and stray feline jerky. Vice versa.
reply

I would like to thank these 5 gurus for their pearls of wisdom and for making me feel even worse about myself for not being able to do these things. There are levels of depression so debilitating that your nightmares are the stuff hell. Telling someone to do these things doesn't make them miraculously able to do them. maybe i don't belong here after all
reply

I will never forget when I had my breakdown in the late 80's and called an ambulance. The paramedic angrily said to me there could be someone in an accident but we are dealing with you! There used to be even more stigma around depression and anxiety. I am so glad that is changing. We need to keep speaking out and prevent suicides.

I wanna know how Keanu Reeves is battling against his life sturggles. Like people kind of know what happened to him and his family but we dont know the detail and how he is able to keep fighting for himself even though sometimes it is tiring and frustrating to try to live a life and find good things in life.
reply

Hi. Well a lot happend in this year for me, and I think like my whole world and reality itself is just. no. But I am scared to ask for help cuz I think that if I reach out then I would look like a weakling. Any tips to convince myself to at least call an line where you can just talk to an therapist?
reply

Like great Andrew Tate would say: You aren't depressed your life situation is.
Why add another enemy when there are real ones in life.
This is coming from someone who has every right to be depressed but I train everyday and eat correctly and he who does that can't be depressed

been really down and low energy and stuck in a bad cycle that contradicts my faith for months and i cant get out of it. because of reasons i didnt
go to a psychiatrist
or talk to anyone that can help me.
so its been bottling up a lot i just. im unable to function

Psilocybin containing mushrooms saved my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit. It has also helped me survive depression.

Isnt Ariana Grande the one who popularized the term BDE which in itself bodyshames dudes for things beyond our control. Also everybody cares about these celebrities but the rest of us are nobodies especially if youre a guy you better get to work because nobody really cares
reply

I want someone to be there for me. But I don't think anyone understands me. My parents are a little old schooled and so they don't understand. I just want someone to be there for me. I know for sure I will recover someday. I keep trying I will not give up.
reply

Sigh. Because depression is so common, when I hear why people get depressed, I feel guilty for having those feelings. I feel like I am an average person, not special at all, got everything under control, so I don't deserve to get help and feel depressed.
reply

Incredibly thankful to be watching this video in the most healthy mental state Ive ever been in. I do not relate to most of these symptoms deeply, though I did for many years.
There will be light, friends. Please stick around to see it.

reply

I hate when ppl say brave for speaking up etc like that's stigmatizing mental health and depression, chances are if your living you've been depressed before. It's normal and nothing to be ashamed or hide it's how you cope with it
reply

Food For Thought: Thats the thing about depression: A human being can survive almost anything, as long as he/she sees the end in sight. But depression is so insidious, and it compounds daily, that its impossible to ever see the end.
reply

they're never want to help why bother
i'm not a cute girl crying for help make them hate me even more i just give up and do everything on my own
born ugly stay that way forever no one willing to help

reply

What would be a healthy to deal with losing your childhood hero through suicide? I'm asking in behalf of the Ranger nation who are dealing with the loss of Jason David Frank that happened as of recently.
